Key was sent straight away. I had a few problems as I'm not tech savy. But MSSoftware helped me and answered my emails straight away. The price was reasonable as well.

Bought two Office 2024. One installation went flawlessly. Other hit problems, my computer fault NOT MSSoftware. Tech team stuck with me all the way to sorting it. A delight to deal with, I'll be back.

OInstalled MS Office 2024 LTSC. Within a 8 weeks I was required to provide a new Product Key. Requested that from MSSoftware sales but received no answer. Update: After further attempts to contact MSSoftware, I received a new Product Key which worked. I've therefore amended my review accordingly.

What was refreshing about your customer service was the speed and accuracy of response, not once but twice.

Helpful staff jumped onto my issue when installing MS 2021 and Outlook crashing, which turned out to be a plugin issue.

Bought MS Office 2024, code arrived swiftly. Had a problem installing the software, emailed MS Software and got a reply back that day which solved the problem. The code I was sent with my purchace worked perfectly and I was sent a link to download the software. The problem I had was with my laptop and not to do with the software. Great company to deal with, will use again.

I purchased my software early this morning. Not long after I received 2 emails, which I obviously didn't read properly! After asking by email some questions regarding the download and key, they kindly pointed out I already had the information. The download and installation went fine. I am thoroughly impressed with the service, and I would certainly recommend using MSSoftware.

I had a very disappointing experience with MSSoftware. I purchased their product assuming it could be used normally, as there was no clear mention anywhere during the purchase process that the product was for one-time use only. After reviewing all my previous invoices and emails, I confirmed that this important condition was never clearly stated.

When I raised this issue with their support team and requested clarification or a refund, their response was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of addressing the concern properly, they simply replied with a short message and closed the conversation.

This is not about the small amount of money involved — it’s about transparency and fair treatment of customers. If companies are selling products with strict limitations like one-time use, this must be clearly communicated before purchase.

I would advise others to be very careful before buying from MSSoftware, as the terms may not be clearly explained and customer support appears unwilling to resolve issues.

There was an initial problem with initiating down loaded software. The problem was passed to MSSoftware and resolved immediately. Very impressed.

I bought MS Office Professional Plus 2024 back in Dec '25 so far it has come back twice saying "Product Activation Failed" the first time I reinstalled the product key and away we went again - but this was tortuous; when installing the key it repeatedly came back saying that this process was not available at this time come back later. I am trying to reinstall my product key again and it is coming back with the same message - the product key is time limited I believe and wonder if I am out of time?? They say if you dont use it you lose it!! What do I do now?? This crap is unacceptable

The software I bought, Microsoft Office Professional 24 and a year of Mcafee Virus checker, was very cheap, much cheaper than just renewing an annual subscription directly with the supplier or even buying a bundle from Curries or Argos, and all works now but I have to say the installation was a bit of a marathon. I had to put several hours to it and a lot of to-ing and fro-ing with customer services, who got me sorted eventually.

Well first of all, the price for Microsoft Office 2024 pro from this retailer is very affordable. To be honest it seemed too good to be true, but that was not the case. I paid for two licences, followed the instructions that I had received via email and the process to download and install the software was very straightforward indeed. All in all a great deal and a great experience.
