The best moving experience, we can't thank you enough for bringing ease into what was a stressful experience. We were dreading the process of moving and in a matter of a few hours your team had us packed, moved out and moved in to our new flat, with all the boxes labeled and organised by room. We really appreciate your professionalism, punctuality, efficiency, and care in handling our belongings, thank you! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a reliable, trustworthy removals company.
We had quotes from three different companies to move a two-bed flat, and MTC Removals provided the best option with flexibility and competitive pricing. They gave us a very accurate estimate for the contents to be moved, both in terms of cost and time, and Soraya answered all of our questions.
We'd read reviews of other companies that took a long time packing and were hesitant to go ahead given that the services were hired by the hour. We are so glad we chose them, they are clearly expert packers, careful, swift and efficient. All of our belongings, including my most prized and delicate kitchen appliances, arrived without a single dent. They were also really careful with the walls of both flats.

Flat Move with Storage
I had to put most of my belongings into storage while waiting for my new place to be ready, and MTC Removals made the whole process stress-free. The team arrived with plenty of protective blankets and packing supplies, loaded everything efficiently, and took it to the storage facility. What impressed me most was how neatly they arranged everything inside the unit – it wasn’t just thrown in, but carefully stacked so I could still access things if I needed them. Months later, when it was time to move into the new flat, they returned to collect everything from storage and delivered it without a single item damaged. Their attention to detail and care with my things gave me real peace of mind. They’re not just strong movers, they’re genuinely thoughtful about making the move as easy as possible for the customer.

BEWARE/AVOID THIS COMPANY
I used MTC Removals, and unfortunately, when I later went to retrieve my belongings, I found some of my expensive items were missing. While I can’t prove exactly what happened, it has left me feeling that some of my belongings may have been taken during the move. This is purely my personal belief based on my experience. I want others to be aware and to be cautious. I hope that this situation can be resolved, but I feel it’s important to share my experience.
UPDATE:
I’d like to update my review to share what happened after I posted my initial feedback. Shortly afterwards, the manager of this company began calling me repeatedly throughout the day, leaving angry messages and threatening to take legal action. It felt aggressive and harassing to the point that I eventually had to block his number.
In addition to this behaviour, one of his own staff members told me — in his own words — that he had taken my brand new Hoover and placed it in the storage unit. However, when I went to the unit, the Hoover was nowhere to be found.
I’ll leave it up to others to form their own opinion, but I find it very concerning that something supposedly put into storage by a staff member has now gone missing.
It’s also worth noting that a number of my other belongings were left behind, which you can see in the photos.
I do not believe I am in the wrong here. I am simply sharing my experience, and I encourage anyone considering using this company to take everything into account and make their own judgement.

We take all customer feedback seriously, but we must state that this review is false, defamatory, and misleading.
The move in question was completed successfully, and we provided the customer with full photos and videos at the time showing that all belongings were safely delivered without loss or damage. Weeks later, she began making false claims and demanding money in exchange for removing negative reviews — a practice which constitutes extortion and has been formally reported to the police (Ref: ROC-17575-25-0101-00).
Our legal team has also submitted supporting evidence, including her original review messages requesting money, which are now part of the case.
- For transparency, we have been taking screenshots of this review every few hours, as the customer keeps changing the text to alter her story. These records have been shared with both our legal team and the police as further evidence of her attempts to damage our reputation. -
It is important to clarify that this customer originally attempted to book our services directly, but due to her previous conduct, we refused. She then arranged for her sister to book the job under her name, which we only discovered on the day of the move. This was a deliberate attempt to mislead us.
We are a fully insured, professional removals company, operating with trained staff in uniform, a modern fleet, and over a decade of proven experience in London and across the UK. We will not allow false allegations from a single individual to damage our solid reputation built on trust, reliability, and excellent service.
To our future customers: please rest assured that MTC Removals delivers every move with care, integrity, and transparency. We are proud of our reputation and will continue to defend it against malicious and unfounded attacks.
Trustworthly with you precious items
You can trust this company with your furniture and stuff. Now I did tell admin days ahead of time and before booking that I could only afford 4 hrs and they assured they can at least do the wardrobe in that time as that was my main focus. I also are for two men as help so i can take the 3rd seat in the van. They were aware of the other items. On the day, the team were 10mins early and very polite, however team was of 3 people. This didnt affectt he hourly rate but it mean i couldnt ride inthe van too. Luckily for me my sister and aunt was there to sort out their stuff, so i got a lift. When done, they took a look around and was confident about time. The van was very sufficient in space and they had their tools etc. They dismatled a big heavy tripple wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors and put everything else in the truck in an hour. So I felt that 4hrs would be enough. But they took longer than expected to arrive at destination, I dont blame anyone for this becasue I dont know the rules and restrictions for big vans travelling through tunnels or over bridges. They arrived safely and handled everything with care, I saw nothing broken and they reassembled the wardrobe. They did brilliant with it and im sure it was tricky. In the end unfortunately the move took 6hrs and I was told I had to pay in one payment which included paying for the extra 2 hours. Luckily for me my sister could bail me out. That was the only downfall but I do genuinely belive they are worth their hourly rate. That wardrobe was unpredictable as theres no manual and it was build years ago. Great job, would definately use this company aagin. Thankyou to Jim, Wander & Reaniere.

Difficult Move but Great Support
My son, James, moved house on Saturday 22nd Feb. Mario, Leo and one other (so sorry that I've forgotten your name as I want to show appreciation to all three of you) were fantastic. They had to put up with with a lot of stopping and starting and some very unpleasant conditions in a garage lock-up. They were tolerant and good humoured throughout and shifted everything quickly and efficiently. They made a stressful day a whole lot better than it could have been and were fantastic.

Outstanding service, good price
It’s hard to find good help these days, but with MTC’s ‘van and a man’ service it was perfect. The driver arrived bang on time. He was friendly and we loaded the truck in less than 30mins. We then drove into London from Sussex in good time and unloaded quickly. Throughout the driver was professional and respectful to us and belongings. Payment was super easy with an emailed invoice with dynamic button to tap on my phone and the ability to use Apple Pay. 10 seconds and we were done. Price was good value. Although more expensive than if I hired a van and did the move myself, but without all the fuss of a hire car, fuel and pick up drop off at each end so definitely worth the extra cost. Highly recommended.

They are literally amazing
They are literally amazing! When I read the reviews I initially thought it was almost too good to be true. But the move was perfectly executed from start to finish. Communication was quick and clear. The movers themselves were extremely competent and professional (and I don't say that lightly!). I was particularly impressed by how fast they worked. Everything was dis-assembled, moved and re-assembled to the highest standard. I can highly highly recommend!
