Most of the process was painless
Most of the process was painless, however, I couldn't understand why I needed to pay for a credit check for the results not to be used when establishing an interest rate for my loan. I had to argue this point as I felt it unfair to be given the same rate as my daughter who didn't have any credit rating. This was later rectified.

Fast, Efficient and Friendly
Honestly I cannot fault a single thing.
The experience I had was mind blowing, from the company, to the people, it was truly a privilege to get such great help with something I have found to be quite difficult especially for a new person that has just arrived to NZ.
Fast, efficient and helpful is a understment. I sent through all documents at 10am and that same day at 4pm I picked up my vehicle.
A huge thank you to Mallory for all the help, guidance and assistance.
Truly a company and a team to back and support.
Would recommend any day.
