Delivery was good
Delivery was good. Unfortunately had to return items trousers too big and top too small. I have bought one of their tops before and it was a lovely fit and good quality. The returns procedure and my refund was very easy and refund prompt. Would order from them again.

Easy to order online and delivery was quick. Excellent service. Jacket was very nice and fitted true to size. Hood is a little on the large size and faux fur good quality but is too heavy for the hood, as fabric not very thick. Can use the fur trim as a scarf!

Great clothes
I’ve now bought quite a few Mudflower items and never been disappointed. The quality is really good and it’s nice to find items that you don’t see in every High Street shop.

Excellent customer service. Royal Mail managed to lose my first order with Mudflower. I notified Mudflower by email and received an apologetic reply within a few hours, even though it had been beyond their control, and a replacement was in my hands within 48 hours.
