Recently, we ran out of API quota after a year successfully using Muhimbi Enterprise service for one of our customers with a custom business software automation solution. They kindly offered us extra 5000 calls without charge. This helps us maintain the best service for our clients.

We are really happy to recommend Muhimbi services as it reduced development time and cost to convert email into PDF directly from Microsoft Flow.

Had issue with the MS Flow, where Watermark didn't appear on PDF using Muhimbi's add watermark step. But Support representative (Yash) was really good with MS Flow, and helped resolving the issue.

Thanks to Clavin Fernandes helping us to solve the problem "The .wsp are stuck on Deploying". He has supported us even on the weekend.

We've used Muhimbi for a number of different projects, we discovered it when looking for a PDF conversion to link into Microsoft Flow for some simple internal workflows, however after exploring the features in their service we began using it for bigger custom WebApps for email archiving and customer-facing document rendering. From the tools our dev team evaluated, Muhimbi was able to provide the most accurate rendering and the most flexibility with accommodations such as attachment processing. The sales and support has been responsive and flexible, even with being a U.S. customer and having a timezone difference.

The support at Muhimbi is undoubtedly the best I have encountered. Their support is always ready and willing to provide you with top notch support. For example, I had an issue with incorporating some new processes within my flow/power automate before converting to PDF. The support engineer Clavin help with researching and testing some ideas before I added the new steps into the existing flow. Although this had nothing to do with their product, Clavin's willingness to brainstorm and research the solution shows that Muhimbi's support goes above and beyond their product. They ensure their product can be easily applied to any situation.

The support I received was very good. Complex workflow to handle the PDF/A conversion was delivered quickly. I could tell that the support engineer was under pressure to complete the workflow and close the case. For that four stars, if KPI's would be measured by satisfaction of the customer instead of how many calls an engineer is able to handle then my rating would be five stars.
