Multicore Management Ltd Reviews

I cannot praise Michael highly enough! He is absolutely amazing at what he does and is a real asset to the business.

Michael is professional, hardworking, reliable and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and his attention to detail, organisation and dedication are second to none.

Running a busy business can be challenging, but having someone like Michael managing things behind the scenes makes an enormous difference. He takes genuine pride in his work, is always approachable and consistently delivers an exceptional level of service.

It’s rare to find someone who cares as much as Michael does. His commitment, positive attitude and willingness to go that extra mile certainly don’t go unnoticed.

Bringing Michael and the Multicore team on board a couple of years ago was one of the best decisions I've made for my business, and for getting some balance back in my life. Unlike most admin support, Michael really understands electrical work and construction, so I'm confident leaving him to put quotes together and handle customers' technical questions. He doesn't just keep things ticking over either: he's always coming up with ideas to grow the business that I'd never have found the time to think about. Customers regularly tell me how friendly and professional he is on the phone. Multicore has become a core part of how I run things, and I wouldn't want to go back to working without them.

Pure and simple… without Multicore Management the wheels wouldn’t turn.

Cannot praise these guys enough

Absolutely outstanding service! As an electrician, having someone so knowledgeable, organised and reliable handling the office side of things makes a massive difference. The attention to detail, professionalism and communication are second to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and knowing everything is being taken care of behind the scenes allows me to focus on what I do best. A genuinely invaluable service that I couldn’t recommend highly enough!
