Munday's Reviews

We were impressed by every aspect of the service, including (but not limited to):

1 The quality of the marketing photographs - Munday’s use an architectural photographer who had a real eye for detail.

2 The prompt response to our emails - we received prompt responses to all our emails whether or not they were sent in or outside office hours.

3 The prompt and high number of serious buyers who viewed our property within days of going on the market (we accepted an offer within 10 days of the property going on the market).

4 The pricing and marketing strategy - the property was priced to generate a high degree of interest and we were advised to move to best and final offers, which proved a successful strategy - we received several offers (all but one of which exceeded the asking price).

Amazing job by Becky and the team. They sold our house in a week and we exchanged just 5 weeks later. Thanks so much!

I would like to to a huge thank you to all the staff at R Munday and son for all the help and assistance they have given to me.
Debbie from the KENSAL Green branch was really really really yes really helpful.
The service was amazing and the finished product was even more amazing than what I was expecting.
My Family is very happy with the memorial and they are smiling from ear to ear.
Well done for an excellent service.

I had a wonderful experience selling my flat with Munday’s. I felt very supported throughout the process and everything was made very easy for me. I would wholeheartedly recommend, with special thanks to Becky and Tony!

Great experience and service, managed to secure an above asking offer for us. Highly recommend!

Mundays provided a very personal and friendly service. The quality of the photography and particulars were great, and the finding of well-suited and qualified potential buyers excellent. The management of the sales process was seamless. I would happily recommend selling via Mundays.

We used Munday's to recently sell a property they were very efficient, responded to all our questions promptly and kept us fully updated. Would definitely recommend.

A genuine joy to work with. Far in a way the best estate agents I have used and would recommend them over everyone else. Thank you!

A fantastic service. We were really impressed with Becky and the Team's knowledge of the market and ensuring we got a good outcome. A pleasure to deal with. Thanks!

Munday’s have been completely brilliant with our house sale. They worked so hard to get it through and past various hiccups. A very efficient and friendly team that went above and beyond. I’d hugely recommend them.

Great agency to buy and sell through. They put a huge amount of effort into our sale and delivered a great outcome. Give estate agents a good name. Many thanks to Becky, Chris, Tony and Debbie

Madeleine at a Mundays was so helpful and made the process of completing our purchase far less stressful than it could have been. Always on the end of the phone with help and advise she has also provided great after care as we get to know our new house. Chris and Becky were also on hand to ensure everything went as smoothly as was possible. Couldn’t recommend more.

Great agents. Really easy to deal with and they did a wonderful job of not only arranging and managing viewings of our house but also helping to ensure that the sale got over the line.

I think Munday's are simply the best. I have used various agents over the years and none compared to Munday's. They are a professional team that are super friendly and kind. My experience with them throughout was just brilliant. They had excellent communication and were honest and supportive. They are the opposite of the corporate estate agent (in shiny suits) that will try and selling you anything! They are a wonderful bunch of people, all very personable and trustworthy. They were excellent at marketing my property with beautiful photographs and targeting the right people. I would use them again in a heartbeat. 10/10

We sold our ex local authority property quickly and smoothly with the help of Becky, Gail and the team. Would definitely recommend their services.

Selling a house where you have lived for 25 years can be stressful and daunting but Mundays are a rare mix of friendly, efficient and very caring. They made the experience bearable. I would recommend them and the whole team.

Fab! SUCH a pleasure to work with Becky and the Munday's team. Whole experience was seamless and a great result. The entire team were really responsive and helpful. We had to move quickly and having an agent that made it simple, easy and delightful was great. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. :)

Munday’s are brilliant! We used them to sell our house after it had failed to sell with another agent.
They found multiple attractive buyers off-market (at our request). They are a proactive, professional and highly experienced team that are skilled at qualifying buyers and getting the deal done efficiently. They are all very nice people to work with also - which helps!
Our onward move fell through, but our buyers stayed with us while we found another home, and all the time, and with all the complexities of the chain, Munday’s were great communicators and keen to get the deal done.
Having interacted with many agents in the area over the years I can hand on heart say that this team are the best by a yard mile.

Mundays were really friendly, professional and competent all through our sale. Definite recommend!

We have just sold a property with Munday's, who were efficient and friendly in all our dealings. The house was presented very well in the online marketplace and quickly attracted several offers over the asking price. We were supported by Munday's in negotiations with potential buyers and are very pleased with the outcome. The fees were very competitive and their service was excellent. Would recommend Munday's highly for selling your property!
