A fantastic experience investing in my first project. Declan was brilliant at talking through the process and how it works, responding immediately to any questions I had. I was kept updated throughout and knew exactly what stage the project was at. My first project was invested in March and the capital plus investment returned early, which rolled into another project, where capital and investment was returned early too. All in the space of 9 months, I was truly impressed and feel confident to invest more in the future.

Declan was an exceptional host with quick response times and flexible remedies for any small difficulties encountered. We stayed in one of the Durham properties which ticked all the boxes in terms of location, cleanliness, size and overall comfort. Plus instructions were very clear before arrival on how to access property etc. Will definitely be using Murphy properties again when next in Durham.
