I bought a 4 way nail buffer from my local chemist supplied by you. And it's completely useless all sides are completely smooth. Angry as I paid £3.49 for it. Chemist's beware of ordering these i can't return it as I opened it i have had an email to say they will send a replacement hopefully they will ill update if they do UPDATE. They sent a replacement plus another file good customer service

The customer service is very poor, and the customer is not receiving satisfactory answers when they call.

Paul Murray is always great, customer service team is always very helpful. My rep Dean is always helpful and great to work with and when I ring the customer service team they are also really helpful. Especially Ed Morris, whenever he answers always very happy and also very kind to assist with any questions or queries, has helped me a lot to get images for our business.

Murray's is our main supplier for all Sports/mobility supports and pill dispensers.
Communication and customer service is excellent
Never have any trouble contacting.

Fantastic shopping experience with Paul Murray Plc ..Brought a Mason Pearson brush from them, so worried buying from Amazon incase I'm buying fake items ..Can be a costly mistake since these brushes are quality, ordered 48 hours ago and already delivered...can highly recommend this company for genuine products and amazingly quick delivery...will buy products in the future and absolutely delighted with my new brush!!! What makes this company different from the rest is the quality of our rep, old school but not that old ( SORRY PHIL ) always ready to help sort a problem out, keeps us upto date with all the new lines etc the sort of service we all used to enjoy before having to deal with all the on-line rubbish, having said that the website is very user friendly and we use it regularly to top up

I made an order with Paul Murray via Debenhams marketplace. Debenhams claim my contract is with Murray. The item never arrived (as shown in the tracking). I complained to Murray, more than a week ago and they have not issued a refund which they must do under distance selling legislation.

Phil Colverson is my rep and he is fast and extremely thorough when it comes to helping process orders and offering new deals.
Furthermore the support team are wonderful and have been super reliable.

Great Service, Our rep Lee Hawksworth visits every 4 weeks to check stock, do any merchandising make us aware of new brands and products, he also looks after all our Bayer needs with fantastic promotions and offers.

Awful experience ordered via superdrug delivery marketplace. Item was never sent out and awful experience when I tried to query delivery status. Still awaiting a refund.

Nail scissors totally blunt - not fit for cutting even a small fingernail. Lesson learnt, stick to Solingen brand.

I have been promised a replacement pil box several times now. Still no pil box. Very disappointing when the company says it will replace a product and then ignore the problem.

Murrays have some of the best brands available to pharmacies, but what makes them stand apart from the rest are their reps.
Phil Colverson always gives 100%. He is the only rep who takes the time to help organise the store and promote and advertise the products he sells to us. I find myself always spending more money with Murrays than other reps because of his hard work. And it is always a pleasure to see him
