Beware.. I was offered a subscription to continue watching a story. After I subscribed and went to watch the next episode I was told there were no more episodes at this time. I had to subscribe to a subscription to finish a show that was not done yet. I canceled right away and asked for a refund since I was mislead and it also showed a 30 day money back guarantee. I was told they would only offer me a 50 percent refund and if I didn't accept that then they would refund nothing. So now they want to keep half of my money for subscribing for 5 minutes and not receiving what I subscribed for. They are also not honoring the 30-day guarantee that was showing in white print. Update: After several emails back and fourth with the company trying to strong arm me into a half refund. I kept refusing and they finally agreed to a full refund. I will update when my refund returns to my account.

Changed their name, and all cdn links without properly informing their paying customers. This led to massive out of the blue outages for our videos.
Not at all a professional way to handle this.

This program dors not deliver. It gives half stories and makes ypu wait for the serries. Ive waited 6mths for the dragon story to finish to know avail offers a free to watch of mostly unfinished stories. I do not recomend it.

I purchased a subscription to watch a series believing I could watch the full series. To my astonishment I could only watch a portion.
I also had 1970 coins with no way of using them,
I so wasn’t happy so ended subscription via manage subscription and still they took money from my account I then google how to end my subscription which directed me to an email address.
I emailed got bot Fin, and requested the cancellation, unbeknown to me (cos I have a life) fin sent 2 emails asking if I was sure, why ??(discovered this recently). Because I told bot fin I wanted it cancelled i assumed fin did as I requested. So I disregarded the follow-up emails. Thinking it was cancelled I then deleted the app.
A month later I discovered they didn’t stop the subscription instead they continued to take money out of my account.
I politely requested a refund for full payment
The CSO quoted I had agreed to the terms and conditions( which I did) so they offered 50% of my money back and that I keep the subscription.
I refused this ludacris offer as I saw it as theft, I’ve already cancelled this subscription a month ago.
I then copied and pasted the terms and conditions advised that I sent an email requesting the cancellation (15/02/2026) and ended subscription ( 06/02/26)so again I refused.
Then they responded with they didn’t confirm the cancellation because I didn’t respond to the emails asking if I was sure. Wow!!!
Unbelievable !!!! how’d they come up with a technicality when I’m the one who contacted them requesting the cancellation..
BEWARE people don’t trust them

For three or four years, and in the past months, the service has become so unstable that the videos randomly stop playing, and the support is not responding most of the time. And when they do, they give some excuses without ever addressing the issue.

As someone said in the reviews before, it looks like a dying company, and it's very sad because it used to be good, but now it's a shit show. So, I'll be looking for alternatives.

SCAM!! They charged my card three separate charges all at once, don’t have any access to their site, and won’t answer any emails about cancelling and refunding, and they just charged my card AGAIN!! I’m filing chargebacks.

Too much buffering. I pay yearly and the customer service is non-existent. This is going to be my last year with them. Tons of error messages.

I used muse.ai for a few years and they were cheap and responsive. A while back things started to go wrong, videos not loading properly and enquiries sat unanswered for days or weeks.

This is clearly a dead or dying company - they also display an old Trustpilot score on their site. I left in August.

I would strongly avoid this company! I've payed for a year and the embedded videos stopped working for about a month ago - simply not loading - dashboard not working properly. I've wrote 3 times to support and I had no reply. I had to start over with implementation using another platform. They simply don't care.

I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I needed a video hosting platform for my website and decided to try Muse.ai because they offer a free trial. However, as soon as I signed up, my card was charged for a full year’s subscription—on the same day, not at the end of the trial. I found this odd, but I decided to test the platform to see if it met my needs.

The service turned out to be awful. I uploaded a 200MB video, and it got stuck in the transcoding process. I tried again, but the same thing happened. I reached out to their support team, and it took them a while to respond, only to say, "Transcoding can take some time depending on how busy the machines are, but do let us know if it gets stuck." I waited another three days, and the video was still stuck.

I have since emailed multiple times—both to resolve the issue and to request a refund for the charge that never should have happened. They have now stopped responding altogether. This feels incredibly dishonest, and I would urge anyone to stay away from this company. Since they are completely unresponsive, I will now pursue other means to get my money back.

Also, after looking at their other reviews, something feels off. Most are incoherent, suspiciously vague, or have nothing to do with the actual service they provide. I wouldn’t be surprised if these are fake reviews propping up their reputation. Overall, a very shady company.

Avoid at all costs.
