They sent me an email stating buy one grow bag get on for free in May 2025. I didn't get anything in return and now their website and email isn't even active/working. Got an email saying they're sorry for the delay and would be including a $59)0 gift card (suuure ya will). But now they're site is down etc.

In the past I bought bags off them so I don't know what happened. Very disappointed. They left a phone number but when I called no answer. Texts ignored as well.

Ordered from them a month ago. Never shipped the stuff. I reached out to them via email and they responded with a phone number to text. I have only received a text back once stating they were sorry about the delay and that they were going to get my shipment out soon. Since then, I have received nothing and it’s been weeks. I have reached out to them via email and text message and they have not responded and are now completely avoiding me. All I asked for is a refund because I’m done dealing with it, but their customer service is horrible and they can’t even communicate with their PAYING customers. It’s a scam. They will just take your money and run with it. Stay away.

Bag broke upon first handling and inoculation, mushroom supplies refuses to replace

HORRIBLE COMPANY! NEVER SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A “SALE” AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER SPENT OVER $300 IN PRODUCT AND EVERY SINGLE BAG I PURCHASED FROM THEM WAS CONTAMINATED. WHEN ASKED FOR A REFUND I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING EVEN THOUGH I WAS WITHIN THEIR RETURN/REFUND WINDOW AND DECIDED TO JUST TAKE THE HIT AND NOT WASTE ANOTHER PENNY. HORRIBLE COMPANY, HORRIBLE PRODUCT, AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE DISHONEST ZERO INTEGRITY COMPANY!

I really don't understand why mushroomsupplies.com has so many bad reviews, I ordered a bag from them and inoculated it with some liquid culture and less than 10 days later I had 30% mycelium growth, did my shake and mix, and now it's been 8 days and I'm basically at 90% mycelium coverage. Huge clumps of mycelium everywhere, just really incredible growth. They've always answered my emails within 48 hours, I feel that could improve and respond sooner only because time is crucial but, I've always received answers to my questions, they sent me a free replacement bag one time and I didn't even pay for the insurance on the bag. A lot of people are complaining about mushroom supplies but, they're a really small company ran by a few employees, I believe they generally just want to help people on their mycology journeys and I think their grow kit in a bag plus is an amazing product and eliminates all that monotub nonsense and saves tons of time and money. $40 for the bag, $20 for the liquid culture, so $60 and about 4 oz of dried mushrooms after everything is said and done. Hoping this mycelium starts pinning.

Mushroom supplies really sucks in product and customer service. I ordered a grain bag and they sent me the wrong product, they sent me dirt instead. Then they got it right and sent me the grain bag I initially ordered, I inoculated the grain bag with 10cc LC and nothing colonized at all, and I inoculated it back in January of 2024 of this year, and today is May 9, 2024. The grain was dry, completed dry. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT. Btw the reviews on their website are not accessible, it might show that it has hundreds of reviews but you can't read them.

Customer service is terrible. If you request to cancel before the item is shipped, they’ll quickly ship and only respond right after saying it’s too late. Based on other reviews, it typically takes a while to ship which leads me to believe it was done on purpose.
Go on the Shop app and look at the reviews for their products. They don’t work. The bags are too dry to cultivate anything. Don’t waste your money.

I bought a kit believing I would be sent an actual one stop kit but ended up with an expensive bag of dirt that I can't do anything with. Go with another company! I will be trying to get my money back. How ridiculous

I injected the bag a week ago and it already has growth but it is green. It looks like mold.

I’m a first timer. I followed the instructions to a tee. I texted Mushroom.com to see if the white fungi were’shrooms or not. I was instructed to touch the inside plastic to the fungi. I was told that if it stuck to the bag it was contaminated. If not it was good to go.
It didn’t stick so I was good to go. I waited for ‘shrooms to sprout. I waited over another month to be sure. It never did sprout. I’m thinking that the bag was contaminated when I got it. I ordered another bag and liquid spores and I just started it today. We’ll see what happens this time.

False advertising and poor customer service. Website promises same day shipping (mine took 4 days to be drop shipped from God knows where) which is false. When contacted about delivery delay (the next day when no confirmation emails were recv'd) company waited days to respond saying item was being "processed" (AND STILL HAD NOT SHIPPED) and couldn't be returned despite website advertising promising same day shipping. Then they refused to send return shipping label and eventually forced a resolution via disputing the charge with my CC company (they only needed a screen shot of false advertising claim to compare with shipping records). Like so many other companies no customer consideration or even common sense when running a business. Obliviously they do not rely on return business, prefering to burn rather than churn.

The bag came in a discreet package and everything is so far so good. I did sign up for a subscription service but I guess they forgot
