They are a scam company. There is no customer service and they are invisible when you need to know why your song is not being distributed. They charged me and did nothing. I'm reporting them to the BBB.

MusicDigi is the best. I absolutely recommend this to every musician. The customer support is spot on and it makes releasing music so easy!! I’m really happy with them🙏

If it wasn't this ban, it will be a 4-5 star experience. Let's not talk about the price for now, they delivers what they promised for 2 years of my subscription back when their price was still 39.99. And then, the price went up to 59.99, their payment integration went broken saying my credit card is not valid, which I had fixed by re-entering my credit card info, so far so good yet. Still not complaining yet, software bugs are inevitable.
Here comes the elephant in the room. I was helping my friend to release a piece of music as usual, trying to check on the QC status the next day just to find out my account was BANNED out of absolutely nothing. No notification, no email, no nothing stating the reason for that. So I sent an email to ask if there is anything I could help or at least I get to know the reason and take down my releases there, and you know what, it's almost a whole week, and still not getting anything back from them.
Absolutely, awful. Just the mere fact that they could ban you without formally notifying you is just horrifying, and is more than enough to stay away from this distributor for life. Imagine getting banned for fun, that's what you get for paying 40 bucks a year :)

UPDATE: They did replied me after my warning on them, the replied reason is simply "We found fraudulent activities on your account", all without any explanations nor do I even did anything before. One unexplainable irrational company, absolutely terrible experience

I was going to submit a ringtone with them. It says on their pricing it's a one off fee of $4.95 but when you sign up the only option is to pay for a $60 plan. I'm glad I came here to read the other reviews of this issue as I've saved myself a lot of wasted time and money.

My review deserve a little bit of time but I think that could be useful...
At the beginning, I wrote to Musicdigi before opening the account asking them if I could publish different artists and they answer me " no problems: as many artists you want without any charge". Ok then: I made my account paying the bill of 39,99$. I uploaded my first song and this were published: ok, so far so good. Then I uploaded 3 songs: I waited some days for the pending moderation...nothing happens... Then I deleted these songs and re-upload them... few seconds later an email saying: your account is blocked because of fraudulent activity... What? these releases aren't yet online! How could it be? They ask to give them id card, passport and any other prove that claim my copyright...in 5 days otherwise they close my account.. Ok .. I email them all the documents and after days waiting no one responded... I mailed again without any answer... Very strange... Very quick to take money but very slow to respond... Ok, another mail asking for a full takedown and a refund... All the operators of music digi vanished... keep in mind that they have my songs and I don't have the access to my account in order to get at least the Isrc code for publication on another distributor.. so, exhausted, yesterday I wrote my first review on trustpilot (obviously 1 star). This morning I saw my releases published and I could enter my account...ok, maybe a mistake.. I removed my negative review from Trust pilot: we have solved the issue... I go to enter my account and....banned again!! My releases are online from few hours and I cannot do anything!! It's correct in your opinion? I'm publishing from 2018 and nothing like this happens before...so, they literally stolen my songs even if I asked a full takedown keeping on get the royalties!! I don't need a refund anymore: I can give away 39,99 $ but you can't take my songs gaining up: answer to my email and take down all the songs.. at the end: do you think that they can be reliable people? Do you trust them? Can you put in his hands your work? Definitely not: that's why I don't care about the refund! I just want to close definitely with Musicdigi and have back my songs! I've send you the certification that prove that I've the 100% rights on them and you're keeping them ! And, furthermore, you didn't answer to my mail , just to the first and just to picking the subscription fee... Unreliable service!

Shame!! After my review 2 new reviews in order to establish the positive rating!! Shame without limits... I've rewritten this 2 times because I suspected this kind of behaviour....infact I've followed my review in order to unfold how that company works.... Free to get a new account and free to lost 39,99 $ fee.... Greatings...

Don't Use and Don't upload your music and they didn't sending any updates about our music distribution

Amazing service, they released my albums and then offered me a complete record contract. All paperwork was taken care and they hired me as musician. Because I did not know what type of music to make, they were totally devoted to my development. My new albums are so much better than they have ever been, and I've grown as a musician. Finally, I managed to get a deal that mattered to me. All the stories they create about the recording industry are not true. This service is great.

The good reviews are scams just like this company . Why ask for A Refund just

So when I went to FB and mentioned how pleased I was with Ditto things started happening . So far so so good .

Do NOT use this site. The site is extremely frustrating to maneuver through, and you will end up publishing something without understanding what you're really doing. Also, you are forced to pay in the beginning. I paid for a subscription, tried for HOURS to just create a ringtone, then just gave up because the lack of support. Then, the same day, reached out to cancel my subscription and get my money back, only to be told that they "don't do refunds". They provided NOTHING, and took my money. Stay away from these scammers.

Do not trust this company, this company defrauded me. They closed my account by unfairly canceling my subscription. Do not be a victim like me.

A piece of doo doo. They took my money did not release any music and when I emailed them about I received no reply. Even when I asked for a refund I did not get a reply for a further two weeks telling me that I would not get a refund and my account will be closed.
