SCAM!!! AVOID!!!!!
Ordered a guitar from here, expected delivery date came and went. Seller had some excuses for the delay so agreed a revised delivery date. But that came and went, with little communication. I asked to cancel the order, to which they apparently agreed. But the refund has not been issued and am still paying for a guitar I don't have! I have an ongoing dispute with a credit broker regarding this website. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a guitar and case on july 29 and the saga has been ongoing for 3 months, this says it all: I have had to lodge a dispute with my bank in Australia as they have had a look and told me the charges have NOT been reversed from Music gears I ahve waited the 3 weeks for the money to appear in my account. The items show in stock online which is a lie, they needed to get the guitar from the supplier still thsi back and forth took 2 months! They kept giving me new dates, the date of delivery would come and I would ahve to chase them up to see where my order was. Disgusting truly. Very disappointing behaviour from a music store dealing with a large sum of money. The stock online still states they have the guitar for sale. TAKE IT DOWN! Theives!

Bought item that was not in stock. Musicgears offered to refund, or deliver in four weeks time. Then went silent in response to repeated emails asking for refund. Phones unanswered. A shower, absolute shower...

I confirm the experience of the previous two reviewers. I ordered an analogue to digital cable in September 2026. I didn't receive a confirmation or receipt email but they took the money from my account. I emailed and got a professional-sounding apology and they said they would send it. However, it hasn't arrived after 6 business days and they are not answering emails. The phone number on the website doesn't connect. Steer clear of these people.

Warning: Stear clear of this company. I ordered an item from them online and since receiving confirmation of my order I haven’t been able to get a response from them. I think this is just a scam.

Okay, I ordered a guitar case from Music Gears UK (which is really a company called Dynanox trading under that name) on 7/8/26. It has had the status "Confirmed: We're preparing these items for shipping" since then. Estimated time to deliver was (and still is) 18 August. I haven't received the item or any tracking information. The dealer hasn't responded to any questions by e-mail or the online chat on their website. Neither of the contact phone numbers on their website work. There wasn't any way to cancel the order on their website in my account either. There was something fishy looking on the UK government "find and update company information service" website about the company being dissolved in 2024 although another page suggested it reformed in 2025. (Trustpilot doesn't allow links; so sceptics will have to find these pages themselves.) I had to take this to a PayPal dispute.
