I can’t recommend a better service I had a great experience, I just bought my first home and Lisa hills was my mortgage advisor. She was great ! She made what some would consider a stressful time super easy; any questions she was always there to help (with quick responses) which was very helpful. Thanks to Lisa the whole process was easier for me to understand I would highly recommend especially as first time buyers she was amazing :)

I met Lisa when I was first looking to buy a house at the beginning of 2025. Whilst it took me a while to find a house an go through the process, she would regularly check in and ensure I was ok / if I had progressed any further. Once I found a house and had an offer accepted, Lisa was on hand from the very beginning and supported me throughout (which was extremely helpful as a FTB). She also helped me with questions I had about the buying process as a whole!! I’d like to thank Lisa personally for her help and guidance throughout, what is a notoriously, stressful time. My experience working with Sian has been completely 5 stars through the whole process. I had a unique case as i was in a Let-to-buy situation with adverse credit. I am a first time buyer and had absolutely no idea how to go about buying a property or getting a mortgage or what other things I may need.
