Order fulfillment team is incompetent
I ordered two replacement handheld microphones with two specific frequencies. Upon arrival, one of the microphones was picked incorrectly and they shipped me the wrong frequency- what should have been an easy resolution FOR THEIR MISTAKE, has now been two weeks and still not resolved because no one is around to accept the delivery of the incorrect microphone. Of course they couldn't be bothered with shipping the correct microphone while the wrong one that they sent is in transit, so now I'm waiting because one idiot couldn't differentiate 180.4 from 186.2

Not Recommended
Ordered item through eBay. Needed to return item. Returned in original box, unopened, via UPS. Vendor will not give refund. Fail to understand what the problem is, as vendor has been vague in its responses to me. Am not recommending this vendor.

The staff at Musysic returned my call and email right away and I ordered the item for the nonprofit I volunteer with. They sent a link so I could place my order…much easier than with large conglomerate retailer!

Fedex has not updated the tracking to…
Fedex has not updated the tracking to "Out For Delivery". You have required a signature. I can understand this *BUT* if I expect delivery *ON TIME*. This keeps me trapped at home not knowing if they're going to make the delivery. My time is money and failures to deliver as promised are missed opportunities for me.
*update 7/7/25* I just got an email from FedEx saying my package won't deliver for another day, wasting more of my time trapped at home. It makes it even harder to recommend Musysic.

The bass is hits and the other notes are bright and loud. Great sound overall. It’s well built. A little heat hasn’t hurt it yet. I use mine as a car stereo, but i leave a window open when I park and park in the shade. A better eq would help. I also would like to be able to customize the lights.

Spoke to a salesperson
Spoke to a salesperson, explained what I wanted and what I was doing, he helped get me to the right equipment and getting everything to me. I am currently waiting on the next package which is suppose to be delivered tomorrow the 16th of June.
