The whole process is described very well. They provide with you all the letters that are required via their own portal allowing you to upload docs accordingly. If they are any issues then these are dealt with very quickly by email, and the company money is handled by yourself in your own accounts and never goes to MVL apart from their invoiced amount. Really great experience - a smooth transition from the beginning to the end. Very low administrative burden. The team at MVL Online do most of the work and are very knowledgeable and helped me do a voluntary dissolution of my ltd. You can expect to receive about 80% of your funds within a week or so from the point of engagement. My company took about a year to dissolve in total - and I didn't have to do much. Everything took place in the background and MVLO kept me updated as needed. I couldn't be happier with the process. Thank you.

Voluntary liquidation can be a complicated and stressful experience, my accountant warned that there was a load of admin involved. Having been recommended to MVL by a friend, I was not entirely sure of what to expect, especially as the fees are very reasonable compared to many other services. I have been extremely impressed by how simple the team have made the experience - the portal makes uploading files easy and you can track progress online. Most importantly, when queries have been raised, the team have always been extremely prompt in responding and sorting things out with HMRC. I have been liquidating two companies and all has gone very well. Nice to be able to post such a positive review! Now looking forward to retirement...
