Very professional service from start to finish. Was made to feel very welcome by holly who was super helpful in any queries i had and making me feel comfortable when getting bloods drawn. Zoe was also very polite on the follow up emails after my test. Gained a lifetime customer couldn’t reccomend this company enough.

Really good experience from start to finish. The turnaround on the results was quick which made the whole process smooth and easy. Holly was great to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly without overcomplicating it. You can tell she knows what she is talking about and actually cares about helping.

Overall very professional service and I would definitely use them again.

Had a number of tests now with Atlas and I have to say every test have been spot on! From the delivery to any advice I want the team are always on it A* service and very well understanding of what you want they can put you in the right direction!!

After years of bloating discomfort being told I had IBS put on laxative stool softeners restricted food I finally got my answers a proper in depth diagnosis. Quick and easy to arrange an appointment with Holly for bloods. Fast results and appointment with Dr Max.
After 2 years back and forward to own GP for various tests, to be told all fine just peri menopausal. Obviously not as lots of things sub optimal or out of sync.
I felt listened too during consultation and was not rushed as have previously through my own GP/healthcare.
7 weeks after tweaking some supplements, adding a few others in and following all advice, the difference they have made is unbelievable.
Only wish I’d have gone sooner.

5* for Atlas. I used their home sample kit, which was dispatched quickly. When I was having my bloods taken we made mistake and messed up the sample. I contacted Holly and explained the situation and she re-sent out a new kit the next day. Once I’d sent my bloods back, the turn around was really quick and I had my results the same week.
Excellent customer service, would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again
