The customer service in this company is second to none. I can phone any time and within seconds speak to a helpful, courteous and friendly lady. Having been a customer for some time I was interested in changing the product I was using. I was able to come to a final decision because of the helpfulness of the lady I spoke to and the ability to try out different pads etc through the samples I received. 5 stars also to the customer service ladies.

The pads were very soft but far too bulky although they might be ok for someone with severe incontinence.

This is a company that's is very attentive to its customers. Nothing is too much trouble. The quality if their products is excellent. They are happy to send samples of whatever your needs are.
Sadly for me the products were not helpful for me, but they bent over backwards for me
