Good for getting my thoughts clear but that's it.
I'm actually loathe to leave a negative review because I'm sure they are doing their best but it didn't really work out for me.
It was good for getting my thoughts clear, but not much else.
I feel as though I paid someone to talk to me about my bedroom décor, while I supplied ideas from Pinterest.
What I ended up with wasn't what I wanted at all (it was all strangely Aztec, which was never mentioned!!) and the room still doesn't feel finished either, so all in all pretty average experience for me, unfortunately.
Like one of the few other people to leave a somewhat negative review here, I was also surprised there was no request for feedback after the job was finished.

Using My Bespoke Room was one of the best decisions I made when buying my new flat.
I needed help designing my open-plan space and master bedroom, and at the beginning I honestly had no real idea what I wanted. I was confused, overwhelmed, and second-guessing everything. I had seen Liv mentioned so many times in other reviews, so I asked if she could work on my project, and I am so glad I did.
From the first meeting, Liv was amazing. She helped guide me through different design styles and directions, and at one point everything just clicked and I realised, “that’s my style.” That was such an important moment for me, because I finally felt like I understood how I wanted my home to look and feel.
Her mood boards were incredible. She really pushed me to think differently, but always in a way that made sense, and the ideas she came up with were so right for the space. She clearly has a strong vision and a real talent for understanding what a client wants, even when they are struggling to explain it.
I am someone who asks a lot of questions and can be very detailed and sometimes overthink things, but Liv was always patient, helpful and reassuring. I felt in safe hands the whole way through.
After that, Sian took over on the shopping side, and she was also fantastic. She helped with ordering, returns and sorting out a few issues with furniture, and she was always kind, patient and helpful.
I am genuinely so grateful to both of them. They made a huge difference, and I now live in a space that I absolutely love because of their help. I have already recommended My Bespoke Room to friends and would happily recommend them to anyone else. :)

Initially, choosing an interior design company felt overwhelming as there were so many options on the market. From my first conversations with Beatrice, she reassured me that she understood the design I was aiming for, and her genuine excitement to get started only reassured me further. I began with our main project — a kitchen and open-plan living space — and she really took the time to understand my style and what I was trying to achieve.
At the time, we were in the middle of a complete house renovation and the rooms hadn’t yet been built, so Beatrice was working from floor plans that I was still refining and tweaking as the project evolved. This was never a problem — she was completely comfortable working from plans, adapted easily to changes, and understood how to design flexibly without it complicating the process. That was exactly what I needed.
She didn’t just understand the brief — she absolutely nailed it. Beatrice was a pleasure to work with: genuinely lovely, incredibly talented, and very easy to communicate with throughout. I was so happy with the final design that I asked to continue working with her on two further spaces, including a bathroom and our hallway, and once again she delivered beautifully.
If I could have worked with Beatrice on the entire house, I would have. I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend both her and the company.

Amazing service for all budgets
I had a fantastic experience with My Bespoke Room and would highly recommend their service, especially my designer, Karine. She was incredibly collaborative and an absolute dream to work with. Karine brought my vision to life and came up with so many brilliant ideas I hadn’t even considered.
As a first-time buyer feeling overwhelmed by everything, the service removed so much stress from the process. Karine helped me maximise a small space and find products within my budget that worked perfectly with both my vision and the space constraints. Given the small footprint and tight budget, I wasn’t sure what would be possible but Karine exceeded my expectations.
Communication was excellent and everything was delivered on time. I’m absolutely thrilled with the final designs which are both beautiful and genuinely functional for everyday living.

I can't recommend My Bespoke Room highly enough. Michelle created a fantastic design for a tricky two-rooms-knocked-into-one space and we now have two zones that are distinct but have different feels to them. I was really impressed by the design consultation process and the volume of materials that Michelle produced that enabled me to bring her vision to life. There was so much attention to detail that I felt confident with every decision I had to make.
I was very happy with the buying options and went with a large number of the recommendations. Buying everything through them made it so much simpler and I loved having multiple choices for each item.
I'm usually confident in choosing my own scheme for a room but didn't want to make an expensive mistake with my living room. I'm so impressed with the final result, everywhere I look there is something interesting and beautiful to look at and I couldn't be happier!

This is such a great service! Olivia turned around our design and provided a list of items really quickly after we submitted our brief, so we didn't have to wait long before seeing what a cosy, inviting bedroom we could have. For me, it would have been impossible to get the same results without the help of My Bespoke Room. I came across My Bespoke Room while…looking for inspiration.
I came across My Bespoke Room while looking for ideas for my new bedroom, feeling a little overwhelmed and not knowing where to start. Sophistication interior design
Julie was calm, listened really well around my inspiration, and particular needs (e.g. back support on a sofa). Any adaptations were met with ease, and re-interpreted until we got it right. The the ability to work with the clients inspiration/attention on elements was great. The final product for me meets all the requirements I need. They also offered a range of alternatives so I have choice. Time wise expectations were managed, so we worked well and delivered within the period.

A Dream Makeover Thanks to Lindsey and Jess
I absolutely love this company. Lindsey Griffen worked with me to transform my living and dining rooms, and she was absolutely amazing. With just a couple of online chats and a few pictures of the style I liked, she created the perfect look for both spaces.
I had a general idea of what I wanted, but I could never have achieved this result without Lindsey. The rooms are nearly finished now and look beautiful—exactly what I had hoped for—and I genuinely love spending time in them.
Jess has also been brilliant, managing all the ordering and deliveries. She made sure items arrived at the right time, so I wasn’t overwhelmed with boxes while decorating was still underway. Lindsey sourced everything, and all I had to do was click a button on the website—Jess took care of the rest.
I would highly recommend this company.
