you would have got a 5 star but the frozen book lacked some customization options that the rest had. also the back of the books having big plastered advertisment on them didnt look great maybe a smaller logo in a corner.

Delighted with the book and I'm sure my grandsons will be too.

Such a great selection, I changed my mind several times. Then I realised there are birthdays as well as Christmas! As a former primary school teacher I was a bit anxious about the quality of the stories. I needn't have worried as both the books I ordered are delightful. My granddaughters are going to love them!

Ordered santa letters for my grandchildren on 27/11/24.
It is now 13/12/24 and still not received them.
Contacted company on 12/12/24 who have said they will reprint and send again but i cannot see these coming by Christmas now, which is the whole point of santa letters.

Update. The stock answer of "It's Christmas" simply isn't good enough the original order was placed pm 27th November giving plenty of time. The reprint you promised has yet again not arrived and it is now the 23rd December. So I will not be getting this in time for Christmas which is the whole point of santa letters. Simply not good enough. I wish a refund on this order as it is now not fit for purpose.

The book was well made of quality materials, nice printing and pictures. However I did not enjoy or like the story and won’t be giving it my granddaughter for Christmas. I wasn’t aware that it would be a translation and it didn’t translate well.

Excellent quality paper, A4 size and great service arriving in good time for Christmas.

The book arrived perfectly in time for Christmas, it's amazing quality and I know my kid will love it.

Absolutely love this book. So excited to give to my boys at Christmas. It’s so much more detailed than I expected and longer but it’ll last for ages.

Easy to order and unusually it is also possible to correct any errors within a short timeframe after ordering too. The books are Christmas gives for my grandchildren so yet to be received but I hope they will enjoy reading about themselves.

These personalised books are a brilliant gift for children. Highly recommended.

Extremely poor quality. Poor communication. Paid rather expensive delivery and book still didn’t come within the time frame provided. Would never re purchase

Order two books and they came within a week. I am very pleased with them they look lovely being able to add two names to the story makes them extra special.
