A good selection of material was available and we liked the extent of customisation possible - right down to glasses and hair style. Purchasing was easy and delivery to the opposite side of the world was very quick. Our granddaughter LOVES the story about herself and will get lots of pleasure around future birthdays.

I ordered my book and received an email saying it had been dispatched and would be delivered in the next couple of days . This was 7 days ago .

I have tried emailing them twice and received no reply .

I have tried calling the number and it isn't recognised .

This was a baby shower present which I now do not have in time and is looking like I may not receive .

Not very happy with this service at all! Would not recommend using .

I gave them a second chance but didn't work either. The stories are boring, every page is a description of the illustration below, and the book can't be previewed.

The books are wonderful. We already have 4 pieces at home and plan to order more. It's great that there can be more than one hero in the book, so we always have stories where there is a brother and a sister. And thanks to the book about the Dummy Elf, my son voluntarily gave up the dummy himself at the age of 2.5... completely without crying at all...

It was a gift for my cousins kids and they loved it

Unfortunately the books were
not delivered until January 11. This was supposed to be part of my grandchildren's Christmas gift.
Having said that, the two books I ordered were fabulous. The pages of the book are very thick and the illustrations are lovely. The two stories I chose were age appropriate and as cute as can be. I know my grandchildren will love the books when they actually get them. I would highly recommend these for a gift to any young child.

Excellent book. Good size, good quality paper and graphics. This interactive book was the perfect gift for a little 3 year old boy, and the name runs right through the story, which in itself was good. Thoroughly recommend.

Ordered my book as per the website within date to get in time for Christmas.
It hadn't even been posted 5 days after the sale and only had any communication when I raised this, it suddenly got shipped.
Now I have no book for Christmas, and an email from the company saying if it doesn't arrive before Christmas then contact us in January.
Very helpful when it's a Christmas present!

Waiting on oreder over 3 weeks, fedex states the tracking numbers are invalid. Hoping my 2 books will be here by xmas but almost out of time

Ok, a quick edit: I missed where you could preview the story when ordering (ordered on my phone, now looking on a computer it is VERY clear - apologies). Just ordered my third and fourth book from here as Christmas presents! This is the first time I've seen a book that has allowed for more than two children that are not siblings. I purchased for our Godson and Goddaughter but wanted to include our kids as friends. So I REALLY appreciated this option and the books themselves are very high-quality and will make a great gift!!!
