Service and parts are fine, except rain cover, which transparent part is scratched (most likely from the factory). But it is cheap part, so I dont want to bother you and myself with sending it back and forward

A good website with a variety of spares for my xiaomi M365 Pro scooter. The ordering process was easy and quick. I ordered two Honeycomb Solid Rubber Tyres - Black. The order arrived within one working day of ordering and the quality of the product is excellent.

Royal Mail lost my package but I got refunded 100% from mybestscooter... Three weeks later.

During this time my package was lost, I email mybestscooter and got very quick replies. Always the next working day. And very honest/kind replies.

MyBestscooters have gone above and beyond for me. After having my Xiaomi pro controller fail on me and the dashboard. Matt was so helpful and didn’t just help source a controller he gave me his personal controller, which was sent out the next day. He also helped me troubleshoot the whole repair of my scooter. My scooter is now up and running but without this company I was looking at a new scooter also would cost me more in parts from other Rip off companies. He also reset the millage and was quick to respond at anytime to my emails. Today we don’t get this customer service it’s all just money. I will use this company above any other. They are genuine and extremely customer focused.
