Sent enquiry about a business via Daltons.. nothing. Tried to sign up sound 5 times on their site to contact seller. Finally did that and then I needed a code to send them a message…no code anywhere. Contacted them twice for help …. no response. All I could do was make a purchase offer for the business in hope of getting a response. Still nothing. If you are selling your business on here, beware that as a buyer I have had no responses and a nightmare trying to register or contact anyone. Have given up.

Website was user friendly and easy to navigate. Found what I was looking for quickly. When I spoke to an agent they were pleasant and helpful, making the process prompt and simple.

Just used Bizdaq for a valuation for the first time, it was so easy, got the results instantly and saved me cash!!

Professionally run but not had a single enquiry

Reasonably straightforward but a lot of the questions were N/A

I've had a reasonable number of enquiries from the site and one buyer that was serious enough to take things forward. Chloe was very helpful particularly in answering questions, giving advice and referring me to third parties that could help further eg solicitors.

A quick and simple procedure to update your records.

What a shame. I sold a business through Bizdaq 4 years ago and they were brilliant, so much so I appear on their video testimonials. So when it was time to sell another business I knew exactly where i'd start.

Unfortunately the staff have changed, the business has changed, and my experience was so different I can't imagine it could have been any worse.

I should have been worried when after a ten minute chat I was told they had everything they needed did i want to go live. But having trust in them from previously I said yes lets do it. The advert bore absolutely no relation to my business, and in fact I didn't even recognise it as mine. No help to change, difficult to get hold of, unresponsive, unhelpful and borderline rude staff have replaced the attentive, helpful and professional predecessors.

I've now asked 5 times for my video testimonial to be removed, my guess is that that request will be ignored like all the others.

My recommendation? Don't bother - they're only interested in your money not selling your business.

Martin was really friendly and clear and knew his job very well. He listened to the client and did research that day in preparation for the next stage. The advert was up within 24 hours.

My business is very niche and unique and he was able to ascertain possible scenarios. Discussions about price were fair, informative and respected the seller's aspiration and passion for a business they built from scratch.

Martin's guidance is enthusiastic but well grounded. Discussion are centred around reality not fantasy.

It saddens my to have to leave such a bad review but I feel I am left with no choice, I have tried numerous times to contact this company after they withdrew a second payment which I didn’t agree to, all my messages have been ignored, they are not bothered with their clients, only bothered about taking your money. I do NOT recommend this company to sell a business, using an agent might be more costly but in the long run it’s worth paying for a better ore genuine service.

We decided to list our business with Bizdaq after a straightforward, positive consultation with Martin who has a knack for explaining the selling of a business and the process involved in a simple, effective manner.
