Horrible billing practices
DO NOT DOWNLOAD - YOU WILL BE BILLED ENDLESSLY UNTIL YOU KEEP CHANGING CREDIT CARDS. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU CANCEL. I've cancelled at least twice, probably 3 times w/ confirmation, yet I keep getting billed, have to flag it with bank, then the bank has to give me a new card. Going on 9 months.

Massive overcharge
I totally agree with Mary who posted a review at the end of July.
I subscribed in May paying 12 pounds.
Now I was charged 42 pounds plus another payment of 7 pounds.
When I requested an explanation,
I received a vague reason, stating that since I subscribed, charges had changed.
This is unacceptable and could be illegal.

I paid £13 for a 1 month access
I paid £13 for a 1 month access, just to see if it suited me, and was horrified to find £42.99 taken from my account the following month. I cancelled the subscription, requested a refund due to their unfair and possibly illegal practice, and this was rejected.
I didn’t actually use it, having found downloaded and used a completely free web site that offers a similar service. I would never in a million years recommend this company.

Wonderful Tasty Recipes
Wonderful tasty recipes that don’t feel like diet food. Easy to navigate site. Very helpful chatbot that clarifies any questions or doubts. I have been able to link in my smart watch with the Chatbots help. The only difficulty I struggle with is the self assessment as it is not clear what is required.

Unclear subscription cancellation
I lost a lot of money due to failed (?) subscription cancellation. I cancelled my subscription after 3 months via my Apple account (as I have done numerous times before with other apps, leading to little or no problems).
However, cancelling your subscription via the ‘Cancel my subscription’ button in your Apple account, is not suffient, apparently, because I was charged two more times before I noticed for $297 in total. This is A LOT of money for me…
I did get in touch with the help desk as soon as I noticed, but they were unable or unwilling to help, which I am sad about. They are quite rigid in their ways, refering to the terms and conditions, and there is no room for compromise or understanding.
Unfortunately, this app wasn’t for me. I can imagine some people might like it, but if not, please be aware and triple check (!!!) that you cancelled your subscription if you wish to do so!
I am very sad this happened to me.

MyBody subscriptions can be purchased through different platforms. If a subscription is purchased directly through the MyBody website rather than through the App Store or Google Play, it must also be managed and canceled through that same platform. Because of this, a cancellation made through an app store account may not affect a subscription that was purchased directly from MyBody.
We understand this can be disappointing, especially when you believed your subscription had already been canceled. I paid n received the weight loss fuel supplement, received the product and it was already expired. They send product expired on 12/25, it’s July 24 2026. Bad business . So 89$ plus shipping n tax for a product I have to throw away n no refund.

Unfortunately a scam
This company is unfortunately a scam, like most of the one star reviews state. I am seeing a lot of reviews out of the US but personally I'm in the US and there seems to be multiple extensions of this app. I was advertised "PCOS Balance by My Body" and signed up for a 3 month subscription for about $30. The app is super lackluster but that's not even my issue. Someone else stated that the app is no better than the free version of MyFitnessPal and they are correct. Well they email and offer you a 30-minute call with a coach that is included in your purchase. Great! Something included in my purchase I don't already have. They state in the email "On this call, your coach fine-tunes it around your real week to help you manage your symptoms, support your hormones, and make steady progress toward your goal." Unfortunately, they just wasted my time and tried to get me to sign up for a year long, one-on-one coaching with them for over $3,000 and they were extremely shady on the phone, asking for my information to make this transaction when I didn't say I wanted to follow through with it? Terrifying company that preys on those that are desperate for help.

Beware of subscriptions and free trial
You need to cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the renewal . If you do it the day of, there is no compromise, you just get quoted there policy and no refund is considered approximately $84.00. The customer service had a very AI generated response so no real customer service . Beware seniors .

Be wary of their billing practices
I enjoyed the app, and have lost some weight. However I initially had a free trial and was offered a monthly subscription of £12.89 per month instead of £42.49.
However yesterday £42.49 was taken from my account, I have been refused a refund and just referred to their t&Cs
I will continue to pursue a refund of my balance. I was happy to pay the £12.89 pcm.
I have now cancelled my subscription, during the process I was offered lifetime membership for £29.50!! Why couldn't this offer be made at the beginning.
Be very very wary of their billing practices.
