Love the app good health tips great selection on food easy to follow. For the time I was on it I saw results in losing weight. Personal things came up where I couldn't focus on the program. So I will have to rejoin at a later time.

I’m finding more veggies that there is not enough…
I’m finding that there is not enough vegetables in the menus. I rarely eat grains and an abundance of beans. For one person in my household it’s a waste to open a can of beans for 1 tablespoon at a time. For quinoa I would prefer a cooked amount for a recipe, that way if there are two or three meals in a week I only have to cook once. Food for thought.

I feel that it’s hard to log food that is not pre-selected.They tell you take a picture of something you ate,then the calories and nutriental facts are always wrong.

I NEARLY signed up and since deciding against signing up I have been bombarded by emails, which I don’t like. They’re all very ‘caring’ and ‘inviting’ but are a bit body shaming and rather pressing. I’ve now asked them to stop sending emails.

Be aware...
I joined as I showed interest, then decided against it, then I got hit with 3 emails.. and of course lowering the cost each time. So I joined on what they called a "trial" I soon discovered the meals and recipes were repeatative and boring, and not flavoursome. This wasn't for me. Anyways all I had spent was £4.30.
And of course you have heard this story before, at no point anywhere did they mention this is a subscription. At no point did they email me, warn me that my subscription was about to start, at no point did they say your trial was ending. They took the full money out £43.50!! Disputing with the company and bank.

Don’t ever deal with this lot. They get your bank details and charge you for wherever they want. Getting a refund is not possible
Unfortunately I can’t give them a 0 star. They are the worst site I have ever dealt with. Kept replying with the same email over and over. Has cost me a fortune in subscriptions which I never wanted in the first place. Would not cancel or refund. Won’t go near them again and would advise everyone else to run a mile too. 🤬
