Not going to lie the website is trash. They don't even have a login button. What to expect: they ask for all of your information upfront and everything else is done by email links leaving you wondering wtf is even going on. It took about 20 minutes to get an email regarding the status of my loan (denied) to which I contacted customer service to have my account and information deleted (only reason they get two stars). Very unprofessional all-around
