I am a repeat customer; their price and quality of service keep me coming back.

Mycar was offering a 20% discount on the tyres I was looking for, so I was able to place the order and get them installed when I needed the tyres, three weeks later.

Service was great; they supplied six new tyres and wheel alignment in approximately two hours, and sent me a text when the job was complete.

My car overheated a few days after I got my car serviced. I got my car serviced before my trip for the Easter holidays, the staff were friendly and I thought the service went well, that was until a few days later when my check engine light was on and my engine temp was in the red and I pulled over on the gold coast motor way.

Transparent with pricing and delivery times

The team were straight on to my car and had new tyres fitted, balanced and aligned all within the time stated. A noticeable improvement in the car.

Some aspects were good - despite a computer system failure, they called back and confirmed a time. easy to drop off and collect.

However, not really sure what was physically done for the $289 - change of oil and filter seem to be the only concrete actions. They did an engine management scan and a visual inspection and reported some issues with the vehicle (not unknown).

Suggested I should get wiper blades replaced. Was raining, so agreed. The invoice showed $94 to replace two blades - that is gouging! The time taken and the cost of the blades is neglible. One massive overcharge like this and I won't be back. It ruins what was otherwise an ok effort.

Have experienced proper Service from this business that put the local Car Dealership to shame.
Proper emergency Battery replacement where I knew the Battery was about to fail and they checked and replaced it without me having to make a booking. Just did it, so that made my decision easy to go to them for all my Log Book Services.

The tyre exchange & service were completed by early afternoon which was a pleasant surprise. The car runs definitely quieter on the new tyres.

There were no surprises. The work was completed on time, cost as quoted and an additional issue was fixed, no cost.
