Great service

The workshop is a convenient walk from home, which is why I originally chose it. It is now my chosen mechanic as the staff are friendly and proficient. The work has thus far been good.

Recently purchased Holden Commodore 2012 (odo: 60k and kept immaculate) rear door-latch suddenly stopped working, so couldn't even close the door. "MyCar" fix was a new latch mechanism (their phone quote was nowhere near the subsequent charge for this part). The repair bill? ... $656.85. The rubber trim at bottom of window hadn't even been replaced neatly. So, for this price (a shock in itself) one expects a neat fix at least. A lot of money for a pensioner too. Found a short YouTube video that fixed the same thing; it looked relatively simple and straightforward. Wished I'd seen it before paying this price! Have given MyCar Charlestown 5 stars at other times ... but not this time. I'm sure there's plenty of other places could have done it cheaper, and put the rubber trim back neatly, for a lot less than $656.85!

I ordered my tyres & booking online which was quick and efficient. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong tyre size. They ordered the correct size and got them delivered same day there service was friendly and quick

I cannot fault the experience I have had with the team that work here. I had been experiencing car issues for a few weeks and had been using other mechanics, who were unable to find the solution to the issue I was having. A family friend recommended I go to see Scott and his team, which was the best decision ever. Within seconds of me explaining my issue, he was able to identify the potential cause and within a day, fix the car, all with one day’s notice. I cannot recommend this place enough. Time efficient problems solvers, putting their customers & people first.

Mycar was helpful. Mycar looked over my vehicle and gave me a quote before they commence any extra work that needed to be done. Mycar prioritised the important things and got me back on the road as quickly as possible.

The guys there are really friendly and always do a good job.

My experience was excellent! I called MyCar at 2pm, was booked in for 4x new tyres at 3pm, done by 4:15pm! Easy as & amazing service. Thank you team!
