I recently brought my Hyundai i20 in for a service and had a positive experience overall. The pricing was transparent and provided upfront with no surprises. I dropped the car off at 8am and it was ready before 4pm, which was within the expected timeframe.
Communication throughout the process was clear and straightforward. The staff answered my questions without any issues and kept things simple. Most importantly, the car is noticeably handling better since the service. It feels improved, which suggests the work was done properly which you would hope at a mechanics. Overall, a solid, no-fuss service experience that achieved what it needed to.

Very open with communication and gave me options about how I should proceed and ensured that I received the best price outcome as well. Your staff are totally efficient, helpful and friendly. I dealt with both Zac and Scott, and both were most respectful and courteous and, being a regular customer, I felt I was with old friends. The repairs to my car were made as quickly as possible and was ready the same afternoon. As there was a massive storm brewing, and I had to travel by bus to collect the car, Zac suggested I leave the car overnight, to which I readily agreed. Again, service over and above the usual from other businesses.

Honestly, I was just there to repair my rear right tyre, courtesy of a roofer doing some work at my home. I have to say I was impressed with the service and I had to drive from Ferny Grove to Chermside because closer workshops were completely booked. Just simple good service, as you’d expect, but not often received when it comes car repairs.
