I really disliked the demeanour of the guy on reception, but the mechanic I dealt with was a straight shooter!

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at mycar Tyre & Auto in Churchill on April 1st.

I initially brought my car in for a basic service, but I decided to upgrade to a more comprehensive service option. At first, the store manager (whose name I unfortunately do not know) was polite and helpful. However, after I left my car there, I received a phone call suggesting additional repairs.

One of the recommendations was to replace the front tyres, which I found surprising as they were replaced recently and the car is not used frequently. I was also advised to carry out minor repairs, such as fixing interior lights and the license plate light, all quoted at what I consider to be excessive prices.

At that moment, I chose to decline these additional services and mentioned that I would review them later. However, upon returning to collect my car, the manager’s attitude had noticeably changed. He was dismissive, barely communicated with me, and did not answer a question I had.

It was very frustrating to experience this kind of treatment. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. In other places I have visited, mechanics take the time to explain the work done and even show the replaced parts. Unfortunately, this was not the case at this Churchill location, where there seemed to be no concern for customer service.

Overall, I am very disappointed with the experience.

I recently had my car serviced at Mycar and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The service was completed on time, and my car has been running smoothly since. I also appreciated the transparent pricing and helpful advice on future maintenance. Overall, a reliable and hassle-free experience — I’d happily recommend Mycar to others.

Well priced, efficient and reliable. It's really tough to get a good and honest mechanic these days but I'm beyond pleased with the Churchill centre branch.

Id recommend going there, and they are amazing at answering questions or showing you things. I also had a great experience where I revisited due to some very minor things after my service etc and they fixed it on the spot very quickly and reliably. So beyond professional and my experience with them are better than the really big mechanical places I have used before.

Regarding my experience on 12/2/26.
My dealings with Mingo and Ali were extremely enjoyable they both understood I was a car fanatic and were happy to answer all my inquiries and concerns.
Two very considerate staff members a credit to Mycar I would have no hesitation referring my family and friends to Mycar Tyre and auto .
