Very happy with the service given by the team at my local mycar Tyre & Auto. Tyres were replaced quicker than the expected date given, they were helpful and on time with getting the job done.

Thorough and professional. They look after my 2005 Hilux and l'm very pleased with the service, each time l take it.

I desperately needed new tyres. I had just been told the ones I had were unroad worthy by the car yard where my car had just been serviced. MyCar were able to fit tyres within an hour and a half. That's great service.

Having just moved to new area we did not know where to get our car serviced so of coarse Googled and My car was just up the road. Called and booked. Got is next day. Timely finished. All great. Great Serice!! Highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful from the first call to letting me know what additional work was required to ensure the car was road worthy.Parts were retained and shown. Prices were reasonable and the job completed in the time frame provided.

They were on time and phoned me to let me know the were on their way....2 guys rocked up and checked the car all over like I asked. And brakes and tyres checked to even hoe I can fix the fuel cap release button...by getting the part from the wreckers as it's an older car now....2007..
They test drove my car once all was done and the report texted to my phone not long after it all....nice guys and well mannered and would recommend them to anyone....

We received good clear communication and efficient service. It was easy to drop off and collect both our cars which we had serviced on the same day. We also received some sensible advice on the condition of our cars' tyres and when they should be replaced.

Service was good, I had a tyre fixed and 2 new tyres put on the front however as you are no longer stocking my tyres I won't be able to purchase any more.

Bought tyres online to be fitted at Mycar berwick Vic. All seemed good. Whilst waiting on fitment get a call to say one of my bolts were cross threaded and the team were organising another. Finally collected the car and was told that they couldnt refit the stud and that the thread was cross threaded. No report was provided. I advise that i had photos of all the studs prior to service butbthe sat manager insinuated that this was caused by me even though all studs were in and not cross threaded prior to service. I called the normal mamager during the week and was also given a hard time and basically blamed on me. 2 studs were cross threaded as well as the wheel hub rotor thread. As more discussion amd having to prove that this was done by mycar staff the manager agreed to fix the repair and replace the entire wheel hub. Collected the car and noticed wobbles at high speed. Contacted claims which were quite helpful and booked at warragul mycar as i had lost all faith in the berwick team members to check why the wheels felt unbalanced. Warragul team were really good and advised thatberwick team did not even balance the tyres from the start and still had the original settings. I was shocked that i had paid for tyres balancing and fitment and was nit done at all. This has been the worst experience i have ever had in 25 years of driving. My next step is to provide a more detailed review with images on google to warn everyone about the shonky practices going on at Mycar Berwick. Warragul team amd Claims were great but will never recommend or go back to Berwick mycar again. Happy to discuss this further and hope the damaging practices are dealt with seriously.
