Polite reception.
Professional introduction to service types.

I didn’t like that I rang to make a booking to have one tyre replaced and I was asked to pay via credit card in advance -$299 - to secure my booking - when I said I didn’t want to do that -the lady on the phone said ok then I could pay cash . I said ok . Then When I turned up they didn’t have a record of my booking -so I had to leave my car for a few hours . Then I was rung up to say I needed all 4 tyres done for $1680 -I said ‘that’s a lot of money - which ones were most necessary’ -just do the front tyres . It ended up costing me $685 . It took ages . I was glad they were fixed but I wasn’t overly happy with the process .

It was fast and courteous and I got the $150 May discount

The technician was very lovely and hard-working- I came on a saturday (when they close at 2) and he was happy to change my tires even though he had such a full day and hadn't even eaten lunch yet.

Customer service was great, staff were super helpful.

Our cars are aging, 20 years (Mazda 3) and 14 years (Holden Commodore Berlina) and they just keep going never broken down and I think it’s attributed to servicing. Been going to Kmart Tyre and Auto Service Westfield for many years and they have always been great. Customer service friendly, patient explaining the issues, fixing issues in a timely manner, and not once has our car had issues after a service. Also we had a Tyre puncture recently thanks to a nail that was on the road (many knock downs and rebuilds in our area) and they have a roadside assist service which was fantastic they came within 20 mins replaced the Tyre with the spare and fixed it for free bc we purchased the Tyre with Kmart !!

The whole job was done well. I was consulted (by phone) on extra items that arose from the log book service and was charged accordingly. I was given the invoice/ receipt which identified in detail what was covered by the service.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Mycar Doncaster and feel compelled to share it. So you know i am senior person.

From the outset, communication was poor. I was given a vague estimate of both cost and time, but neither was accurate. The final bill ended up significantly higher than expected, with little explanation provided. When I asked for clarification, the response felt dismissive rather than helpful.

The service itself was also underwhelming. After picking up my car, I noticed issues that should have been addressed during the visit. Having to return again to fix what should have been done properly the first time was not done again and its frustrating and inconvenient. I recently re serviced at another mechanic, was done properly.

Customer service is where this location really fell short. Instead of acknowledging concerns or attempting to resolve them professionally, staff seemed uninterested and rushed. It left me feeling like my time and business weren’t valued.

Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and I would hesitate to return or recommend this location to others.

Fast efficient and friendly service

Spent nearly $2k. The car was not washed as normally expected after the service

The team were great, brought my car in for tyre change and wheel alignment, and it was completed within about an hour and a half. Also got a price match on the wheel purchases so that was a bonus too!
