Great service.

It was my first time using mycar Indooroopilly. I was impressed from the very start. They were able to squeeze me in at short notice, at a time convenient to me. Their communication was excellent. The staff were friendly, service was thorough and process no-nonsense. Having recently moved to the area, I will definitely be using mycar Indooroopilly for future services, tyre replacement or other mechanical needs.

Ryan and the team really helped me out on Saturday over the Easter weekend thanks to the old screw in the tyre. With a wonderfully quick turnaround although busy, enabling me to return to work. Thank you

My car is registered with My Car for a long duration (last six years). I arrived the Indooroopilly Store at around 11:00 am on Thursday the 26th of March after a long distance drive the previous day and due to my indicator was showing low tyre pressure. I was attended by Josh at the Indooroopilly store. Before coming to this store, I attended a different store of a different company and they refused to do a tyre inspection of my car although my car is registered with them as well. Josh was very friendly, listened to me carefully about my request and offered me to do the tyre inspection of the car immediately. I was supposed to continue my long distance drive back to my home town on this day. I left the car for the inspection and spent some time at the Westfield, Indooropilly while waiting for the inspection to be completed. I was called by Josh after a couple of hours and was offered my car back with fully inspected. I found that they have done a thorough inspection and made me feel relieved and comfortable to drive back home. I was very much pleased about the service and the courtesy offered by the My Car staffs, especially Josh on that day, which made me confident to travel back home. Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Josh who is at the front desk is very helpful and discusses what is needed to the car and gives advice. I have a very old toyota corolla and they are keeping it running for me so I am very grateful to all the mechanics .
