Took my car in for a quote,was told I would get a call back and never did,not good enough

I have used the services of Mycar Tyre and Auto, Marion, on several occasions for my Toyota Hilux and Mercedes Benz over a number of years. The workmanship and personal service has always been excellent and very professional. They are highly recommended.

Service was great. I would give it 5 stars except it was not yet necessary. I got a phone prompt to book in for a service so thought it was due. Obviously didn't read it properly but please tailor your alerts by making them more obvious on first headline of prompt.

I recently had all four tyres replaced at mycar Marion and was very happy with the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The booking process was easy, the work was completed within the promised timeframe, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. I appreciate the excellent customer service and would happily recommend mycar Marion to others.

A great discount prompted me to book my tyre replacement on 3rd June. The service was swift and thorough. The tyre performance is a matter to be seen long-term.

Always top customer service. Things are explained brilliant, as i have little knowledge of engines. Price is a bit off. Hope the mechanics actually get what we're charged. Just all round top services and I've been coming here for years. Highly recommended

There appears to be new management at the Marion Branch which is a great improvement,I had taken my car to another service centre for the last service as I had some issues with the service at Marion. However this Branch is more convenient for me so I thought I'd give them another go. They provided prompt service,kept me informed during the scheduled work and suggested a couple of minor issues be attended to while they had the car, which was appreciated. When picking up the car,everything they had done was explained in detail and I was happy with the price.Regards Dave.

Gentlemen at the consierge was nice and friendly, and tried to do everything that he can, but he couldn't help the short-staffed store. I booked a tyre change at 11:30 am and had to wait until 3 pm for them to do mine. And it was light work for them. I came up and checked by 1 pm when they just removed my old tyres, but after 2 hours still nothing happened. So I had to give them a buzz and it was literally 10 min's work. Apparently they forgot my car completely! I was then offered apology and informed of they were short-staffed on that day, but this shouldn't have happened to such a large franchise!
