The lack of explanation. I got a logbook service done but they went ahead and stamped in an existing slot. That was already full.

Customer Service at its best
Liam was most accommodating to me needs on both arrival and ensuring that my car was ready for me when I needed it. The puncture turned into a new tyre and I was fully informed that it could happen and the cost.

I booked my car in as it wasn't driving well .I was able to drop it off in the morning to see what needed doing I received a call outlining what should be done etc..I agreed an was driving my car back home that arvo problems gone !! The team were great ,knowledgeable and the price very fair

Worst car service experience ever
Waited 30 minutes for a scheduled brake disc replacement, only to be told the wrong part had been ordered.
Instead of offering a solution, staff responded with “up to you,” which felt dismissive considering the mistake was on their end.
Disappointing customer service and lack of accountability.

Great for regular servicing, but I'll be very sceptical on their pricing for any extra work needed
Smooth pickup and drop off and very easy to converse with. Clear message on what extra work was needed on the car and only did what was asked. Didn't try to push for anything.
The part were grossly overcharged. Got 2 Solenoid VVTs replaced which cost ~70 at SCA, but mycar charged me 350 for each. This is excluding labour. Charged separately for labour costs.
