No fuss, clear explanation, polite and professional very happy customer

Install new tyres within the scheduled drop-off and pick up time.

Burst Radiator hose and they were so quick to order parts and get it resolved and we were back on the road in just a few days. As a woman car owner, they explained everything to me and I felt really clear about what was happening. Great team, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Thanks Morley Branch!

Easy to organise service.

Very helpful in the early drop off process. Updated customer early with timeframes and options when other repairs needed to be done. Very happy with customer service and business hours was a plus. The late close hours allowed us to pick-up vehicle without leaving work extra early from the city. Thank you all.

From booking in to collecting the vehicle great service

Booking over the phone was straightforward. Upon arrival, the receptionist was polite and professional. As for my car, the team carried out the work exactly as requested, and I was very satisfied with the outcome.

Efficient service -

Great service from Robbie. Explained everything to me regarding flat tyre. All very efficient and friendly. Work was done at Morley WA store, December 30.

Rapid service. No job is too small, or too large. Service is always exactly as quoted and communication is excellent.

Everything was explained to me about the issues with my car in a clear and precise manner for a lay person to understand. I have used Mycar in Morley WA for many years and have always had great service from them.

I called the office and got intouch Quintin asking to do service of my car he was on tight schedule but at the end he scheduled me on time.
Service done and a few things needed to be fixed he was able to let me know the urgently required ones and allowed me to book again when am ready to repair them.
Have always taken my car to them and have never experienced any issues mechanically.
The team is competent and knowledgeable on there work.

My review for the service on the 10th October which included a Wheel Alignment. Mostly good but needed some work doing so took it back a week later on the 16th October. When ready the guy who rang said it was ready but needed a wheel alignment!!!!! Obviously someone gave it a test drive. I said that you would have done that the week before so whats going on. He stuttered and said that they would do one but would not charge us for it.???? How good are you.... But we had got charged $90 in our service the week before for the wheel alignment. When we picked up the car I asked again had an alignment been done and he assured me it had and again at no charge to us. So very dodgy and wondering if you can trust the work that gets done on our cars. Then on the 13th November we receive an email saying that my car is due for a service. What the !!!!
So not sure if we will be returning. I have had other services and repair work done with the Morley WA branch but not sure now if I will be returning.

The My Car team at Morley, WA are professional abd helpful. Happy to recommend them.
