MyCar Head Office and Nowra store – disappointing service experience. All I wanted was for an email to be passed on to Nowra by HO. Email request for pink slip documentation and window motor appraisal. Promised 1–2 day response time. 10 days passed with no reply from Nowra and no followup from HO. I escalated to head office. I was advised to "phone them" despite my original preference for written communication (for accuracy). HO failed to follow-up when Nowra remained silent. Matter was closed by Customer Care Coordinator without resolution. They claim "customer first" mantra, clearly a SAY-DO gap there - hollow rhetoric. Sad, since I had previously had good impressions of Nowra Store. No longer.

I can’t recommend these guys enough. From the first phone call to picking up my car, they showed genuine patience and respect, which honestly made such a difference and kept the whole experience stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or unsure. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and generous they were, with their time and effort—they truly went above and beyond to help me out. It’s rare to find mechanics you can genuinely trust—these are them.

Nowra branch is fantastic! The staff are always friendly, super efficient, and they go above and beyond. They have a great range of tyres and I am so glad my new car tyres came with puncture repair cover included in the deal. I have used it twice already and I have not been out of pocket and there is no fuss booking and getting things fixed. Between the tyre service teamed with super friendly staff, I have been recommending and will continue to purchase from them in the future. Thanks guys.
