The whole experience was professional and the guy on the desk has wonderful customer service, very efficient and polite. Nothing was an issue for him and a very smooth experience.

Very disappointed with the supposedly headlight restoration. There is nothing different about the headlights.
Also, I was disappointed to pick the vehicle up to be told in 30 days it will require new break pads. You think this would be more important for vehicle registration than the headlight restoration. I will not be bring my personal vehicle here again.

MyCar Tyre & Auto Orange is the worst mechanic I have taken my car to. The mechanics were lazy and understaffed in store, MyCar customer care had horrible customer service and I was stung for $830.

I paid for a major service and the mechanics did a poor job and neglected to complete all of the items in the log book service. I was lied to because I am not very knowledgeable about cars.

I wish I never took my car into My Car tyre and auto. And I do not recommend for anyone else to use their services.

Always friendly, helpful and they keep you informed with their servicing, punctual and just great communication.

Following the service my cars performance and handling was like new. I was informed throughout the day of changes and given options to add or leave out the offered services. All of the options provided were costed and have delivered already in improved performance.

They were very flexible, as we were running late with two cars booked for the same day. Quick and precise service.

Efficient, honest service. Staff was friendly. It was more expensive than my old mechanic, but I feel there is better work done. Alfred is a superb manager and provide honest options.

Easy drop off in the morning. Manager took time to discuss any special issues and promised to keep me in the loop.

I know, when I drop my car in that they will listen to me when I describe what I am experiencing. They will offer alternative solutions and allow me to decide.
The car is always returned in better condition and explanations are detailed and sensible - no stupid jargon designed to fool you.

Highly Recommended for female drivers that may not be mechanically minded. Everything was explained to me prior to work done and why it should be done. When work was complete and picking up Mechanic took the time to answer all my questions. Would definitely use again.
