Good service. Friendly staff.

This is the sixth set of tyres I’ve purchased from MyCar Penrith for our 2 cars. Always great service and will better any price I can see online, what seals the deal for me is their generous Tyre Care Plan, this just completes the package.

Staff were friendly and explained what needed to be done to my car. I don't go anywhere else now.

Kathy is a star, always a pleasure to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble. We love Kathy!!
Kathy was able to fit us in at late notice.

Apparently I needed 4 new tyres as they were below the legal limit to drive however that's a lie as I recently had a safety check and nothing was said about all 4 tyres being close to worn out.

They are a bunch of scammers, the lady at reception is extremely rude and the manager is just as bad. Avoid this place unless you want to be scammed !

Always courteous, fast, reliable, and reasonable cost. Particular mention for Kathy at the front desk for her helpful and cheerful attitude.

They are just amazing. They care a lot for customer satisfaction, provide the service in high quality standards.

Front line service was friendly. My car service was efficient and right on the time prediction.

The team are always friendly and have not had any issues since changing to MyCar as my preferred mechanics.

Misleading the customer. very poor experience. Charge for 4 tyres and wheel Balance and when customer find they only changed 2 tyres then refunded the money.No communication among the staff members.Never go back to my car again.

The team at Penrith are great. Everything is always done by the time I’m told or earlier. They explain everything they have done when I pick up my car. I highly recommend.

The friendly service, Cathy at front admin, does everything to fit you in where she can. I have never had a problem with the service I get for my car at Penrith and will continue with their service.

The online booking system failed. But they still managed to squeeze me in at short notice. Then they rang with advice which i accepted and they still completed the job on time. I ve been dealing with penrith my car for many years. The always do the job right. I have never had to take the car back because of a poor job.

I booked in for a Pink Slip inspection, I never know what to expect with my 2003 Ford Focus.
I finally got the all clear, nothing needs to be done.
Jarrod and Kathy were great, I will only use this service from now on 10/10 Thanks guys
