I attended mycar Phillip today without a booking, seeking assistance with a headlight issue, and was extremely happy with the customer service and prompt action taken. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service! Their 10 point travel safe check was free, and included emailed professional feedback! Responsive and accomodating from beginning to end, from the phone booking to the post check advice and price matching offers for future service and purchases. No patronising trickery! Just honest straight up service, delivered with a smile! I would definitely go there again as a first choice!

Professional- and extremely helpful and customer services. I attended randomly and Nathaniel assisted me taking time out to look quickly at my vehicle- I was impressed by experience and knowledge.

Failed roadworthy on items that weren’t accurate. Tried to quote about $2000 for the repairs “needed”. I went elsewhere to get a second opinion and was shown the supposed “failed” areas - turns out they were fine! Nothing beyond normal wear and tear. Very unhappy being put through such a stressful process for no reason at all! Perks of being a young woman I guess 😒

Connor provides excellent customer service and makes the whole process easy from booking the car in to picking it up. He kept me informed and answered all my questions.

I had both my tires and brakes replaced at mycar Phillip. The service was outstanding, time efficient and the people there are extremely friendly. Cannot complain will definitely be going there again!

Good customer service, explain all works done and faults. Honest with the prices for parts and not to over charge loyal and new customers, like other car repairers.

The staff at Philip mycar in ACT was very friendly, approachable and professional. I called on the Fri 13/1, He (Connor) helped me booked a rwc inspection Wed next week 18/01 as the other mycar stations such as the Belconnen one has no appointment until February. The staff did the inspection quickly in the morning even though they are under staff that day. The whole inspection was quick and straight forward.

customer service at front desk was great, however probs wish someone had contacted me to say "hey you'll need a wheel alignment with all the other 4k worth of stuff you need done just wait till then instead of having it done twice"
