First time I have given a negative review, but this was a poor experience. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time however they had no booking for me. They did however have my name and car rego even though I had never been there before. My booking was made 2 weeks prior over the phone where I gave them my name and rego, so no online process to blame. I chose this business as I am a local and prefer to give my business to locals.

The cost was excellent and within this cost they even changed the oil and filter without charging extra like other places. The time frame was awesome and both men greeted me kindly.

I recently purchased a set of new tyres for my Honda HR‑V and received a good discount through the tyre price guarantee after finding the same tyres cheaper on another website.
The overall process was quicker than expected, which was great. However, when I requested the wheel alignment report, it was not available. I was provided with a page showing the initial parameters only, but not the final measurements after the adjustments.
I was told that everything was within specification after the alignment, but without documented evidence, it is difficult not to feel uncertain — especially for a procedure that costs nearly $100.

Great communication and service.

Easy online booking system, arrived and dropped off the car, they knew who I was and serviced the vehicle accordingly. Picked up the car was informed of future works. And was able to get a quote for it. All a good experience.

When booking online, I entered my rego and was provided 2 choices of tyres. I selected Pirelli tyres and dropped my car off for 9.15am. I received a call at 11am to advise the tyres selected are the wrong size and they didn’t have any Pirelli tyres in stock. I replied that there was no choice of Tyres size when I booked. I asked for the ETA when Pirelli would be back in stock or if they can order the tyres in and was told that wasn’t possible. Very bad service and a total waste of my time! I asked for a refund and will not go back there again!

Squeezed me in when they were all booked out and got me back on the road to collect the kids from School.

Made the booking over the phone and locked in a great sale price on tires. Both the guy on the phone and the guy who served me were very nice. Car was done within 2 hrs and very happy with the new tires.
