Prompt and efficient service politely delivered

Booked my car in for scheduled 135KM service and everything from initial call for a quote, to drop off and service carried out has been great. Lachlan walked me through everything that needed to be done post inspection including additional items like the balding front tire threads and rear brake rotors that needed to be replaced. He recommended Continental tyres for the replacement and sure, it's a premium tyre but having driven my car now with these bad boys, you can really see the value you get from spending a bit extra. It's my 3rd service at mycar Tyre & Auto Templestowe and it's been great every time. The whole process of booking the service to the drop off to the pick up were first class.

Puncture in new tyre, I was able to book within an hour and fixed within two. Everyone was very courteous and the job was completed professionally.

Have visited MyCar twice this month. Once for service and again to replace a globe. Both times I asked for a check on a tyre that seemed low. Both times I asked about the tyre and was told it had been checked and was fine. I was approached by a man in a car park who expressed concern about the tyre. He followed me to a garage and showed me how to check pressure and fill. The pressure in the tyre was 6 psi! I filled it and it has been fine ever since. Obviously it had never been checked by MyCar despite reassurance that all was okay with it. Very poor service Lachlan. Very poor indeed.

The guy that took my enquiry was honest, helpful and friendly. I have never had any issues with the service at MyCar Coles express Templestowe.

Moe and his team of technicians were great, they accommodated my request to fix an engine issue which could not have waited. I have been getting my cars serviced with for a few years , always found customer was top. Recommend the team to anyone needing their vehicles serviced.
