Friendly staff, quick turnaround, competitive pricing

They very helpful whenever time you go there and there services it’s great aswell.

Nice customer service, good uodate on the requirement of what needed to be done.

They performed all the duties that I asked ,
duties that are required. I also asked him not to use a ratchet gun to tighten up the four bolts which guards the sump plate .

First time visiting and using Mycar. They listened to my concerns and fitted me I. The next day and had great customer service. I have now found my new mechanic

Keith the manager (I think) at werribee helpful and made the process easy enough to get my car fixed.
Other mechanics stood around a lot and watched my car on the hoist (don’t you have anything better to do) another mechanic tried to tell me he had checked the wheel bearings and they were ok, and then I’m paying $730 to get front ones replaced because that’s what was making the noise. Didn’t listen to what I explained to him and tried to tell me it was a knocking noise from a water bottle… ummmm I know the difference in noises, he needs to do better!!!!

My car need headlights changed. It was easy to get in contact with the service staff. My headlights were replaced within a hour of me dropping my car off. The staff were very friendly

Excellent service with phone contact on what was required and costings over the phone , was quite happy with outcome as I need to travel over Xmas and I can do so with confidence that the car will perform at it’s optimum

I popped in with a punctured tyre and the team kindly squeezed me into their busy schedule. They checked the tyre thoroughly and explained that it was beyond repair, then quickly replaced it with a new one and even checked the rest of my tyres for peace of mind. The whole process was done in under 30 minutes, which was fantastic and meant I could get on with my day. Really friendly, efficient and professional service — highly recommend!

Managed to fit me in at short notice and fixed my flat tyre quickly.

upfront as to cost, ringing me to inform warn tyres,and carbon canaster on backorder from BYD, will ring when it's in to replace free of charge

They competitively did the book service on my car (haha) at a reasonable price.

Great service and great advise and completed within no time. Would recommend them for the way they dealt with me and provided me with alternatives to make my decision.
