They charged me 23k for vitara brezza but gave a car which is worse condition
when i called the call centre to book the car, the lady said all their cars are of 2020,21,22,23 models only.. but the car they gave me is of JAN-2019.. which already ran 71k KMs.. the car was sounding horribly whenever it need to climb any height.
when i booked the car the call centre lady said it was a petrol variant.. but they gave a deisel variant.
their office executives are also too arrogant. one guy called Mohan he speaks very arrogantly and dont care to listen to your words too

Worst experience. The car was set to speed limit to 80. On Yamuna express highway, I was driving at a speed of 80. It used to get lock auto at 80. On inquiring they said, certain cars have it and is mentioned on site, on which I said, how will come to know which car has a speed limit, coz I still remember my amritsar trip with Mychoize car, we literally were driving at 130 speed. The detail email fight is still going on as they havent returned my refund coz I told them to pick thier car from Agra which was not drop point. But there was a reason again, if i wuld have taken the same 80 speed vehicle back to delhi, i would have sure miss my flight and wouldnt have reached in time. The entire trip was spoiled. My old parents first ever flight trip, first ever taj visit was all spoiled because of Mychoize and they have no regrets of torturing thier customer. I am yet to get my 6000/- back from Mychoize. Ruthless customer service. no professional staff.

Guys if you really here for checking the review then this is the right place...For rest i dnt know but in mine case yes this company is fraud on account of fuel they are just money beggars with pathetic customer service...Guys prefer taxi even but not MYCHOIZE... Dnt use this self drive as a last option too...Full Fraud going on....

Bad experience in Delhi will never recommend this. They gave misleading information before booking car. The car received was in bad shape making noise in boot and interior was so shaky that celling light was keep on falling. When I returned the vehicle they have charged 6L of diesel @ rs 132/- per litter. which was Total Rs. 800/- in Delhi it was Rs. 93/-. Cheaters.

They are totally fraud, first of all the car was not good at all, no pickup, it was 120000 driven car. Second they gave me full tank fuel but just after driving 3-4 kms one bar from fuel indicator was gone and when I went back to return they said they will deduct money from deposit (6000) even when I gave them a full tank in return, reason was I didn't take bill from petrol pump so they are not sure if its full or not. They also asked for washing charges of 500+ gst, the incharge (UDAIPUR, RAJASTHAN)who was there told me to give 300 in cash then they will not deduct from deposit, total fraud person.

This Car rental is a Big Scam after you make the booking they say 120kms free but once rented you need to fill the fuel and even if u fill the fuel they deduct from you deposit worth 6000 for 5 litres of less fuel they deducted Rs.1200 bigger scammer than our Government never opt for this Car rental biggest mistake of my life 😡😡😡 I wish there was negative ratings for this company big Scam!

Car was old (138,000 kms) driven already. The rear seat belt didn't work. After 18 days of renting, they said they will replace the car but by then I was almost done with the car. So they are okay because at least car didn't break down anywhere. Do not trust their road-side assistance.

It's a worst experience they took 17000rs for 700 km.. customer care guys promise different they provide different.
One happy thing was car was good..
Including fuel we spent 20k..
Felt I would have paid 2 months EMI..
They eat ur money.. it's a fraud company..

The review is for MyChoize cars and orix in general.

They are a fraud company.
First they gave me a Haryana (yellow) plate car for my Delhi address and now I have to bear tha cost of RTO tax.

After talking with customer care they simply refuse to provide a Delhi permit or Delhi number car.

Now I have to bear the cost for driving the car in Delhi.

Please beware of this company. It’s better to book other services.

Money deducted from security deposit.
I collected Innova Crysta from Chandigarh. The car had ~68000kms.
1. I wanted the car 30 mins before the booked time but they have limited staff so expect delays. I had to wait an hour in middle of the market. No office. The car was in front of me with MH registration.
2. I collected the car in dirty condition with fuel tank 1/4th filled. The car had returned from Rajasthan. On checking with the single person in charge there, he said due to covid they are not cleaning the car and taking back from customers in same dirty condition. How hygienic! Also he said while returning they will check the fuel and depending on if its more or less the refund/deduction would be done.
3. As soon as i started my journey on the highway, i started noticing some creaking noise. I tried reaching out to the person in charge at onsite but obviously he had no idea and asked me to visit some garage. On taking a break I realized the noise was coming from the carrier at the roof.
Mechanically the car was good though.
4. Since I was coming from a day long journey on my way back from Chamba to Chandigarh. I wanted to return the car in the night rather than waiting for next morning (6:00AM - my returning limit that i had booked for). there was noone at the site to my surprise. I called the guy and he asked me to come next morning. On requesting him, he agreed and asked me to drop it ini Mohali somewhere.
5. Finally when I get the refund i saw deduction from the actual amount. On contacting these people they said its because i returned the car dirty. Lol :) Are you kidding?
6. I had rather returned the vehicle with fuel more than what i received. And as per earlier discussion with them I was expecting some refund for extra fuel. On the contrary they deducted money from my deposit.

How is this all justified?

Worst Experience. They took money first and cancelled my booking saying my driving license is less than a year old.Later I provided my co passenger DL and Aadhar details,they said address missmatched.
They cancelled my booking, took a day rent from the payment and extra charges aswell.
I DONT EVEN RECEOMMEND MYCHOICE TO ANY OF CUSTOMERS WHO WANTS TO RENT A SELF DRIVE CAR.

Worst service, they even don’t know how to verify documents. They want word to word address match in your all documents. Luckily before booking online I have contacted them to verify the documents, if i had booked the car then they further reject my booking and deduct the cancellation amount!

Excellent service of My choice car and car is net a clean both interior and exterior and My choice is very punctual for timming and guys is awesome Nature to how to talk customer and all everything was excellent ....and one more thing is bad actually deposit money is high to compare other companies.. overall excellent... 👍

compared to other car rentals, this is the most cost effective car rental and i bet on it .

I took XUV 300 for 2 days , they provided me neat and clean car, Indeed it is a good car .

Note: from my perspective to be on a safer side : take full video and phtos of the car provided from all of the angels keep it with you.

They will also do a check list in front of you , what ever the damages has happened prior to car delivery to you .

Pathetic service. We have been charged a portion of our deposit in the name of damages. We haven't been given any details about the needful.

We absolutely do not recommend this car rental to anyone.

Worst ever customer support. They have deducted the full security deposit saying the damage charges. When I asked for the completed details on that they asked to mail. Now it been a more than 45 days, but still didn't get any update from them and no response on call too. Better to opt for other option as there are many rental cars available now.
