Quick and professional
Very professional and was able to get through in a matter of seconds to clarify and clear up a miscommunication, as I’ve been contacted and messaged and called by other third party claimants. The lovely lady on the phone was able to reassure me who I would be getting in touch, who are the appointed solicitors, and was able to reassure me that anyone outside of this is not part of their group. She was professional, polite, and very quick and put my mind at ease.
