this is beyond a joke I get these claim emails for cars I can't even remember the make! Literally 10/15 years ago. It seems to me that the people you are trying to make the payments are far cleverer than you by dragging their feet . . . but someone is making a lot of money to do this ??? Not me!!

An informative process.
My Claim Group are keeping me updated regarding my vehicle finance claims. They keep me in the loop and let me know when it is simply an update if no action in required at any stage. It is a slow process due to the many delays be the finance companies but I am given real expectations regarding potential significant dates.
