This company is horrible about returning calls and answering your questions. I called them multiple times about an issue. I was having with two charges on my bill. I did not hear from them until I told them I was going to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Then they called me immediately, and the man I spoke to Was very unprofessional and kept pointing out to me how I was wrong and how I made mistakes. He did not explain why they have not returned my calls and would not address any of my issues. I canceled with them and it took me five attempts to get him to tell me that he would cancel my account immediately. Horrible business anyone working on their computer from home for a job will be in a terrible spot if they hit a problem because this company does not respond at all and their voicemail disconnects you.
Fast, patient, and reliable! Their U.S. based technicians are articulate and knowledgeable. They worked behind the scenes so I could keep working without interruption. Peace of mind.
Job was done very well but apparently they tide me up with some dill. All of sudden I discovered charges on my credit card. I send message and called asking for canceling "service" but never was connected to "right person". I guess I will need to dispute charges. Very strange, You will expect bill or contract.

The Work Order platform has told us your extortion plan has worked! We will be submitting a claim through insurance for the specialty cleaning services needed to sanitize the area in which your colostomy bag ruptured. No need to threaten our company or the end-user with a lien any further, we'll get you paid out for your "service"

My bag leaked, not ruptured. This is the only direct insult in my entire career so far. I have to say thank God here. The fact that to the company never had any contact with me through the work order is pathetic enough. But never even attempting to connect a tech onsite after a request is ridiculous. HIPA however, was one of the many ways these Companies were attempting to reduce my pay, as a result of the report above.
I want to say this is a viable and worthy company for those that need IT services as they do a good job at supporting a user or SMB company.
However, as a tech, if you try and deceive a platform or a tech, thru fraudulent claims from an End User this is not acceptable and will be investigated.
The Onsite contact had COVID-19 when I showed up according to the Manager, but was admittedly still coming into the office earlier than the rest of the employees. A No-No by any circumstances. He was also admittedly a Hypochondriac by ALL of the staff. Should I have to pay for finger print clean up??
I had a leak, not a Class 3 EPA Emergency. My shirt got wet, not their office.
