I’ve checked our records, and it looks like your parcel is still showing as “return to sender” with the courier, which means it hasn’t yet reached our warehouse. I know you have been assigned a CS rep to deal with your situation who you have been speaking to.
We completely understand how frustrating this feels, but as soon as the parcel is safely back with us and confirmed as delivered, your full refund will be processed immediately — as always, we stand by our guarantee.

Love MycoPro! Living with PCOS, I need a protein that won’t spike my blood sugar and supports my hormones. I love this product so much as it gives me a protein and fibre boost plus the mushrooms are a unique benefit! I like mixing it into porridge or cereal. I feel the benefit on my digestion too as my stomach is sensitive and also my muscles benefit as I’m strength training. Thank you- recommend to any women with PCOS looking for protein!

My new favourite protein powder!! I ordered the chocolate and was so obsessed I had to order the vanilla too.
Taste great on their own or added into a smoothie / breakfast pancakes. Also doesn’t make me bloated which was a huge issue for me with previous protein powders!

Distinctive aftertaste
I like the initial chocolate flavours you get but theres a distinct mushroom aftertaste, I was unsure whether I should have expected this with it being mushroom based. Outside of taste, great weight to protein ratio.

Not only does the chocolate flavour taste great but its great because its animal free
I am getting on in years but after 3 weeks I am getting a better nights sleep and more energy when I am walking the dog
In fact I think the dog needs it as well!!
This is so good I will continue to use it but I havnt tried the other flavour yet

Excellent product
Bought this a couple of weeks ago on a trial price, had an issue with a split bag but the customer service was on it straight away and I had a new one the next day! Really like the formula. I bought chocolate and it's not too rich which is good as I don't like stuff really sweet. Also noticed that the packaging is 100% recyclable which is a lovely touch. Looking forward to seeing what other products they come up with!
