Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. My order was delayed by 1.5 days, only for the rider to call and inform me that he can not deliver at night because of the heavy rains.
Ordering via WhatsApp is the worst thing to do. I couldn't complete the order using the app due to a technical error, but whenever I would call the customer care they would refer me to a WhatsApp number.
I am very disappointed with them!

However, the rider who eventually showed up seemed very agitated and unfriendly, as if I had somehow inconvenienced him. Honestly, it felt so tense I thought I might get a hot morning slap. Are there no polite or professional riders available for deliveries?
SCAMMERS
I ordered an item that showed was in stock in their website. A #MYDAWA later calls me to say they don't have it in stock and we agree I get a refund. It's now been 2 days of no response. They won't pick my calls. When I checked the website, the amount paid indicated is lower than what I actually paid. I've lost trust with these guys.

Where is the 0 star button please? This is such a horrible service. I ordered my iron supplements, didn't get them and I spent the whole morning trying to call customer service to no avail. Stay away from this place.

I was thrilled there was a pharmacy that delivered at affordable prices. Over the years, I've become disappointed with them.
I take prescription medication and all too often they don't have some in stock. Not only prescribed medication, but everyday items, Such as my preferred mouthwash, supplements, over the counter medicine

Extremely poor customer service. They don't pick calls, their chat service on the app doesn't work. Hours in, yet to receive my medicine

Extremely poor customer service. I requested for a partial refund because they delivered almost expired goods which I declined. The customer care agents lied, took me round in circles and refused to respond to my messages. Deal with them at your own risk.

Big cheaters and liars
Big cheaters they are. Despite sending the picture of the product they sent me wrong product and over the phone Bhavna assured me that the right product will reach me next day . I waited until evening and then I called them they told me that they dont have my product and for refund I vl have to order new products and the balance they vl provide me with a credit note so for their mistake customer has to pay the price. They follow cheap business tactics
I'd recommend purchasing from a local pharmacy
I've been a regular customer of My Dawa and never had any issues until today. Despite paying for my order at 12:40 PM, I had to wait until 8:00 PM for confirmation that my order was on its way, only to eventually give up at 9:00 PM and purchase from a local pharmacy. Multiple calls, emails, texts, and WhatsApp messages to customer service went unanswered until 7:00 PM when I was informed they hadn't received my order. If you're in urgent need of medication, I'd recommend purchasing from a local pharmacy instead of relying on My Dawa's service.
II INHUMAN AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I uploaded my prescription at 6:28 pm
I uploaded my prescription at 6:28 pm, called every 15 minutes to make follow-ups, each time they would tell me to wait.
I called again at 7:30 pm, and asked them if I should order elsewhere since I was seriously unwell and I had to take that Medicine that night.
At 7.50, one of their doctors called, I explained my symptoms and she agreed with the prescription. I explicitly told her that I know they don't deliver after 8 and she said they would deliver I just need to check out and pay. Once I made the payment, she said it's past 8 and delivery would be done the next day after 10.00 am. I was home nursing a fever, in pain and taking care of a 8 month old baby. I pleaded with her to give a refund( I had paid over 4,000) so that I can purchase elsewhere.
She switched off the phone after our discussion and I never heard from her again.
Very unprofessional and inhuman.
I am deleting the app. If you know what's good for you, don't order anything from them.
Unprofessional and unbothered customer service
Unprofessional and unbothered customer service staff... as long as they have your cash, they don't care whether you get what you need/ value for money. They have no physical space thus one can only follow up issues on phone when they choose to listen to you. I ended up with a neck collar that I cannot use since it is too tight and they refused to exchange. Very disappointed in the whole Mydawa thing 😕 😞 😒

Deleting this app after the very poor service from their rider and an equally poor customer service team after waiting online for 45 minutes. Do not purchase anything from them if you value your peace.
AND THEY REFUSE WITH REFUNDS AFTER FAILING TK DELIVER. I will take it up with consumer rights of Kenya on this.
