A long overdue review but never the less one that I thought was important to make as the service we received was outstanding. Paul and his team secured us a mortgage back in 2016. The process was straight forward and their specialist knowledge in the contractor market enabled us to maximise our borrowing power. Only regret at the time was not finding them sooner as we lost out on buying our dream house due to getting wrong advice from another mortgage broker.
Fast forward 5 years. We approached Paul and his team again to help us with the re-mortgage after our 5 year fix rate ended.
They managed to get us a better rate than we were on previously with the same lender (straight forward product transfer, didn’t need to reapply) and saving us £300 a month! The lender was offering us the same product directly with a +1% higher rate. Going through the broker saved us a fortune. We were very lucky to secure a great rate on a 5 year fixed again. Just hope Paul and his team can perform miracles again in 3 years time when our current deal ends.

I would recommend Mark Harris to anyone. He was recommended to me by a friend and I have used him throughout my whole property search. He was always there, always reliable but what stands out about him the most is his sincerity and truth in what you can access and gives you the best advice and offers. He is honest and will not mess you about and was really understanding that I was new to the market. Several other agencies persuaded me to use them for a mortgage and claimed they could get an offer better than Mark. A few days later they would return and say actually your mortgage broker is really good and has gotten you the best deal because what they had conjured up was either the same or couldn't get his match. He even answered any additional queries I had about changing the mortgage in the future. Highly recommend and the best and only mortgage broker I will ever be using-you will not be let down and it is hard to find someone HONEST these days.

I am delighted with the service I have had from My Financial Services. They have been incredibly helpful throughout the purchase of my first home, professional, reassuring, prompt and just a pleasure to work with. Andy was efficient & quick at finding my mortgage for me & explained anything that I was unsure of. I haven't had to chase at all and they've gone out of their way to keep me in the loop throughout the whole process. They really have made things so much easier for me and I would 100% recommend using them to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Mark was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of our remortgage and regularly checked in regarding how the application was progressing with the appointed solicitors. During a short period of time off he made sure we had the contact details of his colleague.
